Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We were having an issue with our bathroom plumbing. We tried to snake the drains to remove the clogs with no success. We decided we needed a plumber, called and Roto-Rooter came to the rescue. I received a call from Roto-Rooter to let me know that the plumber was on his way and they gave me his name. Their technician, Jimi, arrived promptly and did a great job. The website is very easy to use. I also found a $40.00 coupon on their website that came in very handy.\r \r We had a very bad clog that was very difficult to get to. The kitchen sink was draining into the bathroom sink, which Jimi found out that there was so much sludge in the pipes that it was almost like concrete. He had to cut the pipe in the kitchen and run a snake into it. Little did he know it was an old galvonized pipe and the snake went through the pipe, which broke the pipe and caused more damage.\r \r Jimi was a very reliable and excellent professional technician. Called them to clear a window well drain. Technician did what he could but didn't completely fix problem. He was very professional. I didn't like him trying to sell me all their extras. Also, I requested a follow up quote for additional work and no one contacted me. Pros: Very professional Cons: Tried to sell me too many things more
