I had a clogged drain which prevented me from using any water. Mark Rogers came and fixed in within 45 minutes. If you need a plumber, I would recommend Roto-Rooter in Spokane. more

Rotor-Rooter Plumbers 12/27/11 12/27/2011

I had the Plumber from Rotor-Rooter Spokane Valley come in my home to repair the Kitchen sink trap which was leaking. He arrive at my house about one half hour after I called, this was great, since I had to fix dinner for my girl friend. He explained what he needed to do and gave me an estimate of what it would cost including a discount for senior citizens, I had on idea there was a discount. He was a very fast completing the repairs including securing the dish washer connection which was loose and could also be leaking. I am very pleased with the service I received and will recommed Rotor-Rooter Plumbing of Spokane Valley to all of my Friends. Thanks for a job well done Lawrence Blackburn more

Very Happy 12/18/2011

We had to call Roto-Rooter after our rental had a bad drain plug. My husband and myself worked on for over 9 hours between two days but couldn't get it unplug. We called Roto-Rooter on Sunday 12/18/11. Mark came out and fixed the plug w/in 2 hours. He was very courteous and helpful. Mark explained everything so we would understand and was very honest with how much everything would be. If we have any problems in the future we will be calling Roto- Rotor. Thanks Mark. more

Saved me a ton of money thanks Roto Rooter 12/11/2011

Called Roto Rooter after Mr Rooter told me to tear up my basement floor. Derrick made it out in 45 minutes. What a plumber he is. He figured out my issue and there is no need to tear up my floor. Thank you Spokane Roto-Rooter! Derric was great. I know who to call if I have another issue some day. more

our entire house was not even livable. we couldnt use any water and everyone tried to fix our plumbing but no one could. then our neighbor said to call roto rooter and we did. would you know it? they fixed our problem and it took practically no time at all! thank you so much and i recommend this plumber to anyone who needs a job done right. whether you live in spokane or not these people are the best! more

Had a draining problem and called to schedule an appointment with a plumber The serviceman was at my house in Spokane within 45 minutes! Gave a quote up front, and completed the project within an hour. Friendly, professional service. I would call them again in a heartbeat. more

SPOKANE PLUMBER 11/22/2011

I ordered two bottles of Drain Shield, but was unable to get to the office to pick it up - so Mark delivered it. He explained how and why to use it. He was very professional and complete in his explanation. Very nice guy. I live in an old house, with old pipes, and this product is very helpful. (I have to say, for an old non-computer friendly person, it was difficult to get to this point - so I could write a review.) more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/20/11 and 11/22/11 11/22/2011

I had a serious backup plumbing problem in my laundry room, Mark came out, tried to break through, and was unable to. He tried calling Monday, I was not home, and called again Today, the 22nd. He returned and again tried to remove the blockage and was unable. He then brought a camera and we were able to discern the blockage was a golf ball. Mark was very helpful, anytime I have a plumbing problem I will be sure and call for Mark more

I was very pleased with the services provided by Roto-Rooter plumbers in Spokane. We are first time homebuyers and are very new at the issues that come with older Spokane homes. We had a small backup in our basement floor drain and called Roto-Rooter right away. They were very helpful and made it out to our house on short notice when it was most convienent for us. The technician was very polite and explained everything to me. He took the time to listen to my account and really tried to figure out the problem before he did any work. He was also very conscience of making a mess in my home and he cleaned up after himself with everything! We have had many people in to work on our house and most just do the job and leave a huge mess. It was very nice to have someone who took extra time to clean up and ask if using something was okay. The service performed was great and although, it was a bit expensive...especially right before the holidays, I know I will sleep better knowing out problem has been taken care of. I would recommend Roto-Rooter Spokane to any one of my friends and family. Thank you, Mark, for the great job you did! more

service was quick and efficient once the service tech arrived, but was shocked that it cost over 100 dollars just to remove a small bone that clogged my garbage disposal. more

Sump Pump Sewage Ejector 10/19/2011

Jeff the expert explained everything to my satisfaction on the phone before coming out. We needed pump and piping replacement for our basement sewage ejector. I had called many pump and plumber types but he was the only one that could get the job done with confidence. I also appreciated Barb on the phone who coordinated it for me by getting me to the right expert, etc. When you have an expensive and unusual project, it is great to be able to communicate before you hire. We are very satisfied with the job done in great timing and precision. I plan on going straight to Roto Rooters from here on. more

Clogged Sewer Line 10/11/2011

After calling 4 other plumbers who would not / could not help, I went right to Roto-Rooter. Not only did they come out right away, Tracy was helpful, courteous and careful. He cleared the line promptly and left the bathroom as clean as when he walked it. You are on my speed-dial now. more

Roto Rooter Plumbers Service Date 7/4/11 & 7/5/11 7/5/2011

We were very satisfied with Roto Rooters of Spokane. Jeff - technician #62 was the lucky plumber on call late on the night of July 4th who quickly diagnosed why our basement had flooded. Jeff was honest, courteous and unfront with all charges and repairs. Jeff came back the very next morning (on time!) and made the necessary repairs with no extra expense. We would recommend Jeff and Roto Rooters to anyone in the Spokane area. more

Plumber 6/20/2011

Jeff from Roto rooter was here today. We had not reponded to a leak we had in our basment and ended up with quite the problem. Jeff explained everything very well, worked efficiantly and when a delivery person caused a little bit of a mess Jeff insisted on the company paying for a cleaner, even when I said it was ok. Very Happy with their professional work. more
