I called Roto-Rooter(RR) after getting a $467.00 quote from gold seal. All I need was a faucet replaced. Not only did Jeff, from RR come out right away but gave me a quote and I could live with. I also call Spokane Affordable Plumbing-they made an appointment, never showed up or called with an explanation. I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter service and highly recommend they for all your plumbing needs. more

My experience with Roto Rooter was extremely positive. Tyler, the associate that they sent, was at my house a half hour after I called. I was experiencing a worse problem than anticipated, but Tyler explained everything clearly and professionally. He was very friendly, and resolved the problem in a timely manner. I would be extremely likely to recommend Tyler, and your company, to my family and friends. more

Very fast service. The technician that came to help us was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He figured our problem out and got it fixed very fast as we were on a budget and he was sensitive to that. I will be called Roto-Rooter the next time we have plumbing issues. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Services came and installed my reverse osmosis water filter. I am new in town so I wasn't sure who I should contact and who I could trust. When I found Roto-Rooter amongst the online listings I new that was a company I could trust. The serviceman, Jeff, was knowledgeable and curtious. He explained everything he did and what I was being charged for. If I ever need plumbing services in the future I will definitely call Roto-Rooter.. more

My son noticed at 10 pm Saturday night that we had an inch of water in our basement bathroom and laundry room. I called Roto Rooter and within an hour Mark was at my house. He was able to find the problem and fix it within an hour. It was so nice to not have to worry. more

roto-rooters plumbers on 6/16,2012 After calling for service I was told they would arrive within 1/2 hour. Unexpected speedy service. Our plumber was Mark, and he was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure I was aware of the results of his work. We had two drains snaked, and he had me watch as he poured water down the affected drains so i could see they were working properly. Service was quick and efficient. I would recommend this service to residents of Spokane. more
