Roto-Rooter Plumbers - May 5, 2012 5/13/2012

Bought a 1947 home in Spokane which had been vacant. When water was turned on and used, the basement flooded. Rachel at Roto-Rooter-Spokane Valley was very helpful, explained pricing (no extra charge for Saturday!!) and scheduled someone to arrive within an hour. Mark Rogers came with his drain clearing equipment, vanquished the tree roots, and got the drain running. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter in Spokane Valley. more

Quick friendly service 5/6/2012

Received quick and friendly service on the weekend. Called the on-call service and got a quick call back from the technician. My basement drain was overflowing and it was taken care and a brief explanation given of the problem. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers May 4, 2012 5/4/2012

Wow nothing like a clogged toilet and drains. The plumber Mark Rogers came out from Spokane over to Post Falls and snaked the main line. I had been trying to get the drain unclogged all day since 8 am this morning. The plumber was very polite and took one look at the inside and then went out side and went to work. Within just a few minutes he had the drains unplugged. I guess I should have called him earlier instead of trying to do it myself. I would recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Spokane anytime. Thank you Mark from Doug PS I will try to stay away from the Charmin! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 04-27-2012 4/27/2012

04-26-2012 I called Roto Rooter to have someone sent out to pump my septic tank, and to replace the two baffels that at some point in time were broken off. 04-27-2012 early morning a young fellow named C.J. arrived smiling. I explained the situation, he took out his I-phone took a few pictures and in a few hours the job was complete. C.J. was very professional plumber and I am very happy with his work. He will be on top of my call back list in Spokane. Thanks C.J. from Anton more

The plumber that roto-rooter sent to my house to troubleshoot and fix my slow drains was probably the most professional and personable plumber in Spokane. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing systems in my house, and was very thorough in his repair of the issue. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 04/16/12 4/16/2012

I live in Spokane Wa,and I recently have had to use Roto-Rooter 2 times. The first time they came out i wasnt pleasent buy my girlf friend was and she said CJ was very nice. I talked to him on the phone and he seemed like an nice enough guy and my pipes got un clogged. Well i just had them out again. This time it happened on my day off. They sent out Mark Rogers. He is probably the nices plumber i have ever worked with. He seemed experienced. He was VERY VERY NICE! and Very Fast. I would Recommend Him to anybody. If i have another problem i hope they send him out agin. Plus we ended up know some of the same people! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3-27-12 3/27/2012

I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink on Monday evening. I called roto-rooter and they had Jeff out the next morning by 9:30 am. He diagnosed the problem, fixed 2 leaks quickly, asked about any other problems. Gave estimated quotes and was on his way. The whole problem was fixed efficiently and without hassle. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. more

Saturday flood 2/25/2012

Even with our late winter snowstorm, I called the plumber at Roto-Rooter who quickly came to the rescue from the Spokane Valley. After only one hour our flooded basement was back in working order. Thanks for the quick response. more

Plumber Jeff helped us out by repairing a broken water pipe in our bathroom in Spokane WA. Too bad we had never heard of a sharkbite pipe fix, it took him about 20 min to get us back to our job of installing a new toilet. Thanx for the quick fix! more

Great service 2/18/2012

We had a leak in our kitchen. Jeff came out a lot earlier than we thought he would. The problem started when I was hooking up the ice maker on our new fridge. He quickly resolved our issue and gave me some helpful hints on the ice maker. This is the second time that Jeff has come out to help us and both times he was very helpful. more

Feb 10, 2012 After reading reviews for Roto Rooter and Mark Rogers, I called for service when my tub and sink lines were plugged. I had already tried the vinegar, plunging, etc, but without success. Unfortunately, mine was not a quick, easy fix and took 2 service calls which were done very promptly and was completed! I have an older home but felt very confident with Mark and Jeff and highly recommend Roto Rooter and will use in the future - thanks guys!! more

i Had a major problem with shower and both sinks and Derrick came right out and spent as much as it took to fix all issues and educated me more on plumbing and drain issues. He was very tidy and pleasant and all my issues were resolved. more

Best Plumbers around!!!!! 1/12/2012

We called Roto-Rooter to come out to our office on Mission and Greene beacuse the plumbing was backing up in both bathrooms. They were her within an hour of us calling (thank god)! Paul explained what the problem was and let us make the decision on what we wanted to spend. They came in with great customer service, got the job done quickly, and efficiently. They also made sure that everything got cleaned and was working correctly before they left. Thank you Roto-Rooter for being so kind and courteous and coming out and getting the job done, we really appreciate it :) more
