Plumber got there quickly, and got the job done fast. It took a long time to process credit card payment, but that wasn't the plumber's fault. Pros: Came within an hour. Left within an hour. Cons: Took a long time to process credit card payment. more

Roto Rooter Service 9/3/2009

The two gentleman that came out to my house today were wonderful! They were very courteous and helped me out of my ""jam"" in a very short amount of time! They were so nice! I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter to everyone and would call them again if I have a problem! Pros: very quick, friendly, and helpful! Cons: None! more

Quick, knowledgable and professional! 7/6/2009

I had a pipe burst in my laundry room and had to turn off the main water line. I called Roto-Rooter. They sent someone out within the hour. Chris was great and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem, gave me the quote and fixed my pipes. Thanks Chris. Pros: They were there within the hour of me calling them Cons: maybe a little pricey more
