was very pleased with the service from Roto-Rooters! I called later in the evening - expecting them to come in the morning, but they came soon after I called. Their phone manners were fantastic and the technician was pleasant and worked quickly, efficiently, and was completely thorough in all inspections in ensuring everything was running properly. They also offered a warranty for the fix so if anything goes wrong in the near future, I'm covered for all costs. Every repair was explained so I could understand and I am confident that the problems are fixed for good. I definitely recieved roto-tastic results! more

Had a great experience with the service technician sent to my home at very late hours (after 10pm). The technician was professional, very experienced, and had full capability to explain the situation and diagnose the problem. I had multiple cables routed down my drain to remove the clog, and the technician never once complained or seemed inconvenienced by the severity of my clog. He also provided me with some product information on how to prevent the problem in the future. I initially thought that $227 was a high price for unclogging a bathtub drain, but the technician serviced my drain for almost 3 hours (until 1am) - well worth it to solve a problem that I could not solve myself! My one complaint would be that the service warranty was verbally communicated as 6 months, but when I paid for services the electronic check-out only warrantied the service for 30 days. We had a leaky spigot and tried to fix it ourselves. We quickly realized we were over our heads and needed to call in the pros. We immediately called Roto-Rooter and they were there within the 2 hour window quoted. They even called when they were getting close. They had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes and even showed my husband how to fix the problem should it happen to the other spigot! Would definately call them again! Pros: Open Sunday more

Roto-Rooter Service 1/10/2010

My main sewer line backed up (fortunately with only water and dirt in the basement!). I called the service department and they promised to have someone here with in an hour- on a Saturday during the Bengals' play off game. The Tech was friendly, very helpful and did a great job of opening the drain back up again. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone with any plumbing issues! The charge seemed high for cleaning a clogged drain, but they don't charge extra for weekends and I would have called them anyway, so at least I didn't have to wait until Monday. Pros: great service! It was Sunday afternoon and our laundry room drain was clogged which was causing our laundry basin to overflow, therefore now allowing us to use our washer to do laundry. We tried to contact several plumbers in our neighborhood and not one was open on a Sunday. We found Roto-Rooter via 411 yellow pages and gave them a call. I immediately got to speak with a live rep who guranteed me that a plumber could be there within 2 hours. It was 45 minutes later that the plumber arrived from the Cincinnati Location. He was prompt and courteous and got right to work. Within 15 minutes he had given us an estimate which was lower than expected at $199.00. He got right to work and was completed within 45 minutes. We recently had a sewer problem with our rental property in Linwood. Enter- Roto-Rooter to the rescue and technician James Wallace. Mr. Wallace explained the situation clearly, and the fees associated with rectifying the problem. He not only made the repairs, but did it in a fashion that was the most professional we have witnessed to date. Further he was timely. Great Plumbing Company 12/7/2009

The plumber your company dispatched to our home in Cincinnati was great. It was Sunday & the plumbing drain problem had gotten worse all day. My son is getting married in a few weeks and I did not want to worry about plumbing problems or toilets backing up during the rehersal dinner at our home. The plumber did not give up until he cleared the clog. He was curteous, efficient, & cleaned up after himself. I used to use a different Cincinnati plumbing company, but not anymore. The plumber was prompt and solved our drain problem. It was nice that a we could get service that day. Other Cincinnati plumbing companies said it would be several days until they could come out. And there was no surcharge for the weekend service. Thanks! more

Fantastic Service! 12/7/2009

Our Cincinnati service technician, Mr. Clinton Arnold, was absolutely outstanding. He was a very thorough plumber,. even to the point of cleaning up when the plumbing job was finished. We had a leak under the kitchen sink from a pipe that was behind the garbage disposal. We also needed to replace the faucet in the bathroom sink. We had to call because the main shut-off valve in our house decided it just wasn't going to work any longer. Sean (1680) showed up very quickly it seemed and got right to work. He had suggested a pressure regulating valve that he noticed we didn't have. We agreed to it and the replacement of the main shut-off valve. He went out to shut off the main at the street and there was already a regulating valve there. He was very honest and told us and we didn't have to get that, which saved us $$$. He even put up with our smoke detector going off (and being unable to be shut off) when he was soldering. All in all, I would say we had a great experience and if we ever have any other plumbing issues, we'll give Roto-Rooter a call. Pros: Efficient, Timely more
