Awful employees. Rude and no manors. The hostility they show tenants with obvious issues (such as a whole apartment flooding and it not being fixed for ten months+) is terrible. The unprofessionally of their staff is baffling. If you have a complaint, it would be easier to deal with it yourself rather than deal this 'management' company. It will get you no where. Snarkiness is their motto it seems.
