Rolfs Import Auto

I have owned my BMW wagon for over 6 yrs. Decided to go to Rolf's for a radiator diagnosis and repair. I had an appt in less than 48 hrs and my car was repaired the very same day I brought it in. Linda was a gem; very courteous. Ron called immediately after diagnosis and quoted me the price, timeline and he was on the dime! The tech did a great job; and off I was in running order. For me there is no going back to the dealership for my car's care. Couldn't believe it was just that easy. Thanks!! more

I've had my car serviced at Rolf's Import Auto Service for eleven years! They've serviced about three of our cars and have always had phenomenal service. I consider myself a loyal customer of Rolf's Import Auto Service because of how good they follow through on everything. I recommend that people take their car there, because they always give outstanding service. If 10+ is the highest, they'd be above a 10+! more

Rolfs import auto service was honest and cost less than the same repair at the dealership. This was my first visit to Rolfs. I needed to replace the rear brake pads on my BMW 328i as indicated by my service indicator lights. The dealership wanted $650.00 to fix the issue. Rolfs estimated the repair at $539.00 which included a brake fluid flush, which was not part of the service at the dealership. Rolfs service was honest. While examining my car they found the rear brake pad sensor wire was broken, causing the indicator lights on the dash to come on. The brake pads did not have to be replaced and as a result Rolfs saved me $500.00 dollars over what the dealership originally quoted me, assuming they had replaced the pads. I will be going back to Rolfs for all my service needs and highly recommend them to anyone needing German auto repairs. I've been taking my vehicles to Rolf's Import Auto Service for 20 something years. I've been there from the father to the son. I keep going back because I feel I get bang for my buck and they are very reliable and fair. As far as their prices go for repairs, they are not out of the box. I'd highly recommend them to anybody. more

I've been using Rolf's Import Auto Service for ten years. I asked if they could fix everything that was wrong. They didn't fix the loud noise, but everything was great. I then told them to fix the loud noise and then they told me what it was. I've always had a good experience with Rolf's Import Auto Service but the last two times were not as good. They might have changed ownership. They do a great job on the automobiles that they cover. Rolf's Import Auto Service is definitely better than going to the dealership. They do a good job for much less, and a lot of dealerships recommend them too! more

The people at Rolf's Import Auto Service were pretty reliable. I do think they charge too much for labor but other than that they do a very good job. I think they're trustworthy, which is hard to find among car mechanics these days. Rolf's Import Auto Service does basic routine maintenance and major mechanical repair, such as engine work. I've had my Mercedes Benz serviced and repaired at Rolf's since I purchased the car at I-5 Motors. I believe the staff at Rolf's to be very competent, friendly, honest and better priced than their competitors. more

I brought my old Mercedes (93) 190E 2.3 in because I was not starting, cold and hot. The car was returned to me, and it now starts instantly, cold or hot. This is what I asked for, and Rolf's round and cured the problems creating the failures. I was equally impressed with the way Daimler, my Mercedes bear in the back seat, was belted in when the car was returned. That alone will keep me coming back to this repair shop. went in just ti fix my remote car had to be towed they lied to my face of any wrongdoing never had a problem before ran as smooth as silk have all the papers to prove it bought it new just had a tune up 2 month ago never ever ran bad when i left it was backfiring didn't make it a mile had to call a tow truck now its at the Audi dealership they told me must be the coil they had a recall quit intreseting how never had a problem leave it whith them 30 min later it wont even run talk about low quility people RESPONSE FROM Rolf's Import Auto Service: Mr. Collazo, Thank you for taking my call the other day. Sometimes there are coincidences that occur and though we were the last one to drive the vehicle, coding the keys locking functions are no way related to check engine lights or misfire running concerns. We definitely should have taken it upon ourselves to find out what was causing the concerns with you vehicle. Letting you know that if it were related to our work we would make the needed repairs at no charge and if not, we could have worked together to make the needed repairs to the vehicle. As I stated on the phone we honor the opportunities to work with our clients and though we would like every time to be perfect, we understand that mistakes can happen. You asked for a survey comment, but I could never find the right place to accomplish the survey even when I thought I was following your directions. Let me just say this. I realize your firm has an excellent reputation, but when I have sent you communication, you have simply ignored me. I sent an inquiry regarding classic Rolls Royce vehicles. That was months ago. So far nothing. The message that flows through to me is that you are not interesting in me as a customer. I know that is probably not true, but that is your firm's message, none the less. I have a 2004 BMW Z4 and desire a classic Rolls Royce. You can tell me I ask stupid questions. You can tell me to go to *7^5. What I do not tolerate is being ignored. So I just purchased a 97' E320 with 160k on it. I needed to find a shop that had what I was looking for, quality, fast, great customer service and all at a great price not to mention. I definitely received that at Rolf's and recommend them highly. Peter helped me he is a nice guy & knows what he's talking about. I searched all over for the right place, this is it. Someone Recommended me them, it seems this place is all word of mouth. That's when you know you are at a Solid business. I will continue to use Rolf's. more

I have been going to Rolf's for service ever since receiving sub-par service from a BMW dealer. Rolf's provides excellent service and has integrity - something many companies no longer exhibit... I needed a boot replace on a front drive axle and the mechanics at Rolf's inadvertantly damaged the axle when removing it - and whereas another company would have charged me for an axle saying it was faulty, Rolf's acknowledged the incident and replaced my axle for free - that event has committed me to Rolf's! more

I have been going to Rolfs for some time now, i've had 2 Mercedes Benz's & now i have a BMW 540I. Iv'e had some issue's with my BMW & Mark, Erick and Linda have treated me with the "greatest respect"! My vehicle had overheated, i was stranded in the rain, Linda came in her own vehicle to pick me up, i thought "wow, now this is real customer service"! They even let me make payments on my word, because i was short on money, i will allways continue to bring my vehicle to Rolfs!! Extreme professionalism every time i enter that door... more
