I was impressions by the thoroughness and knowledge demonstrated by the staff. They really have in-depth info on my car and really seemed genuinely interested in my welfare.

The service at Rolf's Import Auto is off the chart. They are good people. I have used them since 1983, and their work is excellent also. If they don't do a part of the service the way I would like it, they will fix it. They always do more than they say. You can trust Rolf's Import wholeheartedly. They provide excellent service in a timely manner. 1/27/2011

I found out about Rolf's Import Auto Service through a friend who owned a BMW. When a dealership sold me a BMW that didn't work properly, I took it to Rolf's Import Auto Service. They immediately took it in and fixed the issues quickly. They always follow-up with a call to make sure that things are running smoothly. I have nothing but nice things to say about them. Excellent business, they really take care of their customers. 1/27/2011

I've been going to Rolf's Import Auto Service for about 12 years. I've owned BMW's for many years. I used to go to the Dealership to have them serviced for miscellaneous parts needed, or issues that came up, until the Dealership treated me poorly. I haven't looked back since. Some of the best customer service I have experienced. 1/18/2011

I have been going to Rolf's Import Auto Service for about four years. Now that the warranty has run out on my vehicles, I go to Rolf's exclusively. They do not start work on your car without your input. They listen to you before they start their diagnostic work. And, they are very personable. They offer loner cars and they are very accommodating. I don't think I have worked with a company more focused on taking care of their individual customers. Sherman Fox more

Outstanding Service, Expertise, and Assistance 10/23/2010

I live in Alabama and was desperately trying to figure out the solution to my Check Engine Light on my 2000 New Beetle. After surfing the internet and randomly calling Rolf's because I thought the company was very skilled in Volkswagens based upon the online information, I talked to Mark, who gave me an assessment based upon what I told him. It clearly helped me. He said to make sure that I had the right part. I purchased the part suggested and it got rid of my P0102 and P0103 codes that I previously had on my car. He did not have to help me, but he did. He new exactly what he was talking about without even seeing the car. Thanks Mark. You helped a lot. Rolf's Import knows what it is doing. Rhonda more

Great place for my car's repairs 3/11/2010

My husband was out of town and at the time I was going thru Chemotherapy. We were told that the car was ready to be picked up. I explained that I didn't have a way to pick it up at that time. Mark the owner, showed up at my door with keys in hand and my car in the driveway. I was blown away. That's customer service!!! The car runs great and as far as we're concerned, Rolf's is the best.
