Let me just say this. I realize your firm has an excellent reputation, but when I have sent you communication, you have simply ignored me.
I sent an inquiry regarding classic Rolls Royce vehicles. That was months ago. So far nothing. The message that flows through to me is that you are not interesting in me as a customer. I know that is probably not true, but that is your firm's message, none the less.
I have a 2004 BMW Z4 and desire a classic Rolls Royce.
You can tell me I ask stupid questions. You can tell me to go to *7^5. What I do not tolerate is being ignored.
