Robison AC Service Review 9/18/2012

I was very happy with the Service coordinator Bonnie & my service man who very easily could have just performed the expensive leak test he was sent to conduct but instead he noticed another problem that could have been causing the issue. thanks to his efforts our AC was working again and we saved a little money. Thanks guys. more

Robison Oil - dependable, experienced and professional service! 3/9/2012

My 30 year old chilled water heat pump finally croaked and Robison Oil not only located and shipped an exact replacement unit from across country, but they completed an extremely difficult installation to my complete satisfaction. Always courteous and quick. Can't ask for better! 4/4/2011

I would recommend Robison Oil. I've only been a customer of their for about 57 years... . The thing that's always good with them is that should there ever be any problem and we call, there's always someone courteous on the phone, and they send someone over as quickly as they can. You can't ask for better than that! more

Had Robison for a good many years, then they switched with Burke for the Putnam accounts. When I found out they were in my area again I was very happy to go back to them. more

Worse company ever 1/4/2011

I had a terrible experience with this company and hope this may help any body in making a decision when choosing an oil company. I order 100 gallons of oil and they only deliver 50 gallons, broke the gage to my tank so could not read it and tight the cap so I could not check inside of the tank. Not happy with that; I had a contract for a year and after only six moths robison oil rose the price .60 cents dishonoring the contract. They are a disgrace. I don't understand all this good reviews they have I believe they are written by themselfs or there kiss ass employees more

Great Service 7/20/2010

Called into Robison regarding my down air conditioner, they had someone at my house that same afternoon. Serviceman was extremly helpful and efficient. He left my house as clean as he found it. more

Horrible service! 9/4/2006

This oil provider offers fixed rate oil delivery and a service contract for one year increments. When my heat went out in one zone of my home, they came out and changed a piece- for the wrong zone. Their serviceman came out twice and couldn't figure out what had gone wrong until I figured out that they had changed the wrong piece! Then they billed me for the piece they replaced erroneously and I had to fight to get the charges removed. They also raised the price of the oil before my contract ran out and I had to call to complain. The President of the company is rude and obnoxious and could not see the errors that his company had made without being demeaning. I even had to file a BBB complaint against them and pay someone else to fix the heating problem. Stay away from this company if you do not want to deal with such horrible customer service and unqualified repairmen! PROS: nothing CONS: poor customer service, unqualified repairmen, shoddy business practices more
