We've been using Robison Oil for over 15 years. We're very happy with them, and we would recommend them to anybody! We buy our oil from them, and they've serviced our oil burner. They also do our air conditioning. They are friendly, timely, courteous and efficient. When they come, it's fixed! We would recommend them highly. We think that overall they're reasonable! more

I've been a customer of Robison Oil for about 35 years, and I've never had any problems. They're excellent! I've even gotten to know the guys by name when they come over with the oil. The only bad thing is the prices are a bit rough, but that's how it is everywhere. In addition to getting oil from them, they also changed my burner. They came and took it out of one end and put it in the other end. It's been working great ever since! I have a gold contract with them, which I really like. If I have my family and my grand kids over, any time the heat goes out, I have the reassurance that I can pick up the phone and call them and they'll be right over. I'm very happy with their service, and I would recommend them to anybody. You should give them a shot! more

Overpriced and negligent 12/12/2013

First delivery of the year was at $4.19/g. What? Quickly got competitive pricing for $.50 cheaper. Upon switching to the new oil company, the tech was horrified by the condition of my burner (which had been serviced by Robison annually for many years) saying it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years and was in hazardous condition. Great service 11/23/2013

I literally just switched to them 5 days ago after being with my previous family owned company for years. The main reason for the switch was the 20cent difference in oil. I signed up for the gold service plan and was kind of annoyed that my annual service was not happening until January. However, I was reassured by Michael that if any problems occur I am covered. Low and behold Saturday night ...problem. The tech was here for a couple of hours (he got here fast) and fixed and replaced nozzles ,seal and some other mechanical thing. My other company did not cover the mechanical thing . I am very very impressed and let me tell you I am not easily impressed. So far I am very pleased and foresee a happy business relationship. more

I have been a customer of Robison Oil for about 25 years. I keep going back to them because they are so courteous and professional. If the customer has any additional issues, they are quick to respond. The servicemen truly want to solve the problem and will not blow you off. more

Robison Oil worked on my insulation two years ago. I had water damage, so they completely removed the old furnace and water heater to install new units. They have been servicing my furnace ever since then. I keep using them because they are fairly clean in their work. They do the job the way it is supposed to be done and seem very knowledgeable. more

I have been using Robison Oil for years. I love this company! They used to be a different company, but the new one is just as nice as the former. They do what they can for their customers. I have learned a lot from them. When they do work, I watch them and ask questions, so I can learn how to do it, too, because I'm by myself in my home. One serviceman, who recently moved away, was my go-to guy for everything. He told me to call him if I needed anything no matter if it was day or night. He taught me a lot and assured me that I need not worry. Because of him, I have confidence in all of the workers at Robison Oil. I know I can trust them with any problem I come across. more

I've been satisfied with their service. 10/16/2013

Robison Oil comes and cleans my unit out when it needs to be. The few times I have had problems, they have been very responsive. I've been happy with them over the past fifteen to twenty years. They do oil delivery and I have the gold premium contract with them. They're generally very good. A couple of times I've had people who where not particularly capable, but I know some of the people and I request them. They have a good set up. I actually fell into their program when they bought out my former oil delivery company. more

I switched to Robison Oil 2 years ago because they offered various pricing plans my previous company did not. Last year I chose the pre-buy rate and it saved me money and allowed me to not worry all year long if the price would go up each month. We also bought a new furnace from them and had our ducts cleaned (way overdue!). Our A/C now feels colder as another benefit. The employees we have worked with are very professional and we are happy with the service provided. Next I will use their plumbing service, which I just found out about. I would recommend Robison to anyone. more

Done as promised, efficiently 5/31/2013

John, our installer, was teriffic. He was respectful of our home and walked us through the installation step by step. He and his assistant worked efficiently and were pleasant to have in our home. They were skilled workmen who take pride in their work and are a great credit to Robison Oil. The office staff was very efficient as well and everything fell into place as promised. Our new system seems to be working very well and is soooo much more quiet than what we replaced. We are happy we had the work done before the heat we now are experiencing kicked in. We would definitely recommend Robison to anyone who is interested in HVAC replacement, service or installation. A nice feature was our being able to charge the amount to our American Express card. Incompetent horrible service 2/8/2013

They came out today for my annual tune up which I had waited for three months. The tune up person screwed up on of the valves to the second zone upstairs an when I came home the upstairs was freezing. I called them 6 times in a 7 hour period and they kept reasssurimg me they would come out. I called around 12 am and they told me that the weather was too bad to come. No one bothered to call me to tell me that. Be so careful of these people. They are rude and low class. more

Virtually impossible to schedule annual maintenance without a 3 month wait 12/3/2012

Very unaccommodating for 2 years in a row. Call in Sept for maintenance and they give you an appointment in Dec. I plan to switch at the end of my contract. more
