Review content:
This oil provider offers fixed rate oil delivery and a service contract for one year increments. When my heat went out in one zone of my home, they came out and changed a piece- for the wrong zone. Their serviceman came out twice and couldn't figure out what had gone wrong until I figured out that they had changed the wrong piece! Then they billed me for the piece they replaced erroneously and I had to fight to get the charges removed. They also raised the price of the oil before my contract ran out and I had to call to complain. The President of the company is rude and obnoxious and could not see the errors that his company had made without being demeaning. I even had to file a BBB complaint against them and pay someone else to fix the heating problem. Stay away from this company if you do not want to deal with such horrible customer service and unqualified repairmen!
