I didn't feel that they were having things pushed on us at all. When we saw a few things that varied in price, they gave us their opinion of which they felt was better and it wasn't always the most expensive which you would expect them to try to sell. more

I am impressed. I was out on my bike when I noticed the bolt for the engine housing was sliding out. The nut had come off at some point and the bolt finally decided to leave me. This could be a really bad thing on a ride. I managed to slide it back in and it stayed until I could get it serviced.\r \r I drove in to Riva and walked into the service area. Vince could not have been any nicer. He came out with me and saw the problem, then went and got a nut that fit. When he had the right size, he got his tool and in a minute I was good to go.\r \r I was VERY impressed with the customer service. He understood the urgency and handled it immediately. I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes. And I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service. more

I just purchased a 24' Yamaha Jetboat from Riva. This is my 5th purchase from Riva. I always come back because the staff is professional, helpful and they provide an excellent value. Matt (the GM) was very helpful as was the sales professional Peter Wallace. I was able to qualify for super low yamaha financing with the help of Neil in the financing dept. All in all, great dealership! Thank you. I am so excited about my new red boat! more

I wanted a bike forever, so a friend told me I had to go to Riva when I was ready to buy. Finally after saving a lot of money, I went. I was immediately approached when I walked in the door by a very curtious salesperson. He gave me an education on the types of bikes that would be good for me being I never owned one before. He also explained I needed to get my motorcycle license and that they offered a class on premisis. He made the buying experience really easy. I have any my bike 4 months now and have had more great experiences here with the parts and service department. I highly recommend them. It is very seldom you find a dealership that cares about customer service. I will only buy from them, and get my bike serviced by them. more
