I wanted to view a listing on a late Sunday afternoon and called the number . Richard called back within minutes and made himself available that evening. Within a few days, I expressed my interest in the property and Richard started the process right away. Richard actually made my home buying experience enjoyable. Even though the seller, at times, tried to throw a few wrenches in the process, Richard acted quickly to resolve any issues. I recently used Richard to purchase my first home in the Eastside (the old Warehouse District) of Houston. Having never purchased a home before, I was completely clueless about the whole process, but Richard was very helpful in walking me through the steps and answering all of my questions. When I had trouble reaching an agreement on the sales price of the house, Richard was very patient and very reassuring that all would work out in the end. Once the contract was signed, Richard was great at making sure all of the details were taken care of and he was always available when I needed (or just simply wanted) to get in the house.
