I wanted to view a listing on a late Sunday afternoon and called the number . Richard called back within minutes and made himself available that evening. Within a few days, I expressed my interest in the property and Richard started the process right away. Richard actually made my home buying experience enjoyable. Even though the seller, at times, tried to throw a few wrenches in the process, Richard acted quickly to resolve any issues.
