I recently used Richard to purchase my first home in the Eastside (the old Warehouse District) of Houston. Having never purchased a home before, I was completely clueless about the whole process, but Richard was very helpful in walking me through the steps and answering all of my questions. When I had trouble reaching an agreement on the sales price of the house, Richard was very patient and very reassuring that all would work out in the end. Once the contract was signed, Richard was great at making sure all of the details were taken care of and he was always available when I needed (or just simply wanted) to get in the house. I am extremely pleased with my new home and Richard is a large part of the reason I was able to make it happen. I would certainly recommend Richard for any sale or purchase of a home.
