I've dealt with Reliable a few times now and my conclusion is that they are probably as good as it gets for the Atlanta area. Here's why: First, their prices for new equipment is the lowest you'll find because they can get volume discounts for being so big. I shopped around and nobody else came close. Second, they will absolutely do whatever it takes to make you happy. The owner of the company gives out his personal phone number in case there's an issue. These guys aren't perfect, but they try their best. For example, when they installed a new heat pump for me, it was noisy at first. But they came by and fixed it within a day of me calling. (They replaced the three blade fan with a four blade fan.) more

I love dealing with competent local business. Reliable did a great job for us installing a new furnace and a/c unit. When I brought those to their attention, they remedied them immediately. Great follow up with us and they don't constantly overpromise/underdeliver. They did what they said they were going to do and a little extra. This is a good outfit. more

Female Homeowners Reliable Heating & Air is the company you should choose. Besides the fact that it’s one stop shopping, (heating, air, plumbing and electrical) the service I received was outstanding. On February 6, 2013 I purchased 2 Trane hybrid cooling systems and 2 Trane furnaces from Reliable. I scheduled 4 estimates and I chose Reliable because out of the 4 they were the only company that left a detailed proposal and catalogs with information about each unit. Plus their sales person was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. One gentleman from a competing company started taking pictures and asked me how many people lived in the home. That was a very uncomfortable situation and I didn’t feel safe. I was able to contact the Reliable Sales Person on his mobile phone and each time I called him he was pleasant and patient. He also called me after the install to see how it went and to make sure that everything was working properly.\r \r The installers were just as courteous and knowledgeable. Plus the installation was flawless. I don’t know the ins and outs of heating and cooling systems, but I do know what looks good. The units were new and the aesthetics of the completed job were impeccable. Everything looked sealed and secure. Plus they didn’t leave any trash in my yard or in my attic. The installers were patient and went over each aspect of the job thoroughly. They even took the time to show me how to use my new thermostats.\r \r The entire experience with Reliable Heating & Air was seamless. They made something that would have been difficult for a lay person and enjoyable experience. I felt safe with the sales associate and the installers. I look forward to using their plumbing and electrical services in the near future. \r more

We needed to replace a 20+ year old A/C and furnace system. We obtained 4 estimates, and the pricing of the system we wanted, Reliable beat them all. And they all offered 10 year warranty on parts, but none would match the 10 year labor warranty Reliable offers. Kyle came out and did our estimate. Very professional and continued to answer questions we had during our decision process. Technicians Bobby L. and Chris M. did a great job installing, and it was obvious they knew their stuff! Both were very helpful in answering questions, going over the new systems, and were in and out in less than 5 hours. We are already spoiled with the new A/C. Much more efficient than the old one, and it actually cools the house without running continuously on warmer days.\r We are very pleased with Reliable and the technicians we had. I'd recommend Reliable and Bobby and Chris with 5 stars! more

Jorge and Alexis from Reliable recently installed a new air conditioner, furnace and zoning system in my house. I can definitely tell the difference in air flow and in the evenness of temperature.\r \r The installation also looks much cleaner. Before, there were various wires hanging down from the duct-work and patchy insulation on some of the ducts. Now, all the ducts are sealed, and the wires are routed properly. You can tell that these guys take pride in their work. more

We had new system installed today by Dustin and Gary and was very impressed by their workmanship. They arrived on time, got started immediately and finished within estimated time period. They were professional, experienced, answered questions, demonstrated use of new system and cleaned up well before leaving. System was cooling when they left; I would definitely recommend them. more

I selected this vendor about three years ago to replace my entire HVAC system at my house.\r \r They did an excellent job on the installation, and the new equipment works perfectly and has resulted in major reductions in my heating and air conditioning bills while at the same time giving me more comfortable temperatures in the house.\r \r I also have a maintenance contract with them, and they come out every six months to inspect my equipment. The maintenance contract will give me a lifetime warranty on the equipment. So far there have been no issues with the equipment, and their service technicians always come on time and finish quickly. I have not had to pay anything other than the cost of the service visit.\r \r I like the fact that they call and send emails while they are on the way and send a picture of the technician who will be coming. This allows me to better work their visit into my schedule. more

The first was to add Freon to an old HVAC unit we have. Today was preventative maintenance on the old system and the new system you installed in early 2011. more

We had these guys come out to diagnose a problem with our HVAC system. At first they thought it was a problem with the electrical system so they rerouted the wires for us which worked for a bit but it went out again.\r \r They came back the next day, fixed it all up, didn't charge us and replaced the air filter for free. Everything is working great and Ill definitely call them again if we have another problem. more

Reliable employs very nice people but has significant issues with their estimate and installation service on the ductless Trane 12MBH mini split heat pump. The estimate was wrong even though I was very clear on what I wanted done. The installers were 2 hours late. The unit was installed incorrectly which caused major leak issues. It took almost two months and 7 appointments to get it fixed. They tried to sneak in an additional $225 charge on the invoice (I assume to recoup some of the loss on their mistakes). I would not recommend Reliable if you are looking for a hassle free experience or installation of a ductless mini split heat pump. more

Thanks Reliable for the Great Customer Service and the attention you gave to our needs. My wife and I both have breathing problems and when our unit went out you responded quickly to our needs. 2 window air units were brought out and put in to help us keep cool. A Big Thank You goes out to ROB, JORGE, FERNANDO and LEX , the fantastic team of installers that gave up their off day to install our new A/C. These guys were well trained and very efficient in their work and very polite to explain what they were doing. Got Great Price on the units that were installed and would highly recommend Reliable to anyone needing A/C or Heating installed. GREAT JOB RELIABLE, Thanks goes out to each of you. more

So far we love our Trane system. Because of the cooler temperatures the a/c has not been used much but when it was in use we noticed a difference in humidity and time for cooling down the house. more
