We needed to replace a 20+ year old A/C and furnace system. We obtained 4 estimates, and the pricing of the system we wanted, Reliable beat them all. And they all offered 10 year warranty on parts, but none would match the 10 year labor warranty Reliable offers. Kyle came out and did our estimate. Very professional and continued to answer questions we had during our decision process. Technicians Bobby L. and Chris M. did a great job installing, and it was obvious they knew their stuff! Both were very helpful in answering questions, going over the new systems, and were in and out in less than 5 hours. We are already spoiled with the new A/C. Much more efficient than the old one, and it actually cools the house without running continuously on warmer days.\r
