Quick and professional. Quality work. 12/9/2009

My mother, who is an insurance agent, told me about Reliable Auto Glass, which is why I decided to use them. They did a chip repair, which was very impressive and turned out great...you hardly even notice it. They gentleman who came out to do the work was quick, professional, and very cordial. I have used a lot of other glass companies and this was one of the best experiences. I would definitely go back to Reliable Auto Glass and have them do a new windshield for me when I need that, which I know I will soon. more

Remarkable experience: quick and personable. 12/8/2009

My mom recommended Reliable Auto Glass when I needed to get my windshield replaced. This was my first experience with them and they did a great job. I have no complaints at all. They were very personable, especially the guy who changed my windshield. I talked to him while he worked and he was very nice. He got the job done more quickly than I thought. It was a remarkable experience. more

Great Service 8/20/2009

I've had 2 windshields replaced by Reliable. Both times the technician came right to my work and were done in a timely manner. The technician was very friendly and did an awesome job both times they came out. The lady who scheduled me was very helpful and had great customer service. I would definatly use them again! more

I just want to say I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good deal. I was looking for same day service at a great price and reliable auto glass came through for me in a pinch. I needed a windshield and I called many of the local shops out there in the phone book. Sad to say, all I got was a lot of fast talk and gimmicks. Not this company. They were true to their word on timing and price! This company was professional, friendly and helpful. more

I had numerous complaints from the beginning these complaints are still not resolved. The owner Greg and manager Craig try to be helpful but never resolved the issues. They had quoted one price and at the end increase the cost 500 over the estimate. I would not go back and definitely would not recommend them? I thought they were a good company but not after this experience. I don?t know how they have a good rating with bbb. more
