I have been using Reliable auto glass for a couple of years now. They have fantastic people in the office that helped me with my claim (because I had no idea what to do) they walked me through everything, showed up when they said they were supposed to and the tech that came out and replace my windshield made sure it was done right and made sure I understood the aftercare. \r \r ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! more

I've had Reliable replace several windshields in both of my vehicles. Each time I used them, they were quick, professional, and extremely helpful. They came to my work, my wife's work, and my home (it's 30 miles from their office). I've never had any issues with any of their products, services, or people. Recently, our home was broken into and vandalized. Reliable came out the same day and measured the broken window. It was replaced by a friendly installer who did a great cleanup and install. I've never had a problem reaching their office staff, and they always answer my questions and address my concerns VERY quickly. I will use them in the future, for sure! more

Good experience 6/8/2011

I needed a side window replaced on my car and it was covered by insurance. My agent told me to try these guys because they come out to you and they do good work. I was very happy that they could do it the same day. Nice people and the man did a great job of cleaning up all the broken glass. They really helped me out. Hope I don't need to but if so would use them again.. more

Glass replaced 3/30/2011

Driver took the time to call me and not knowing that was the home # he did come to my work place were it was originaly planed to do the replacement. I was very happy to see him and not thought that the job was cancelled due to no one answering the phone at home. more

Great service and flexibility to meet customer's needs! 9/9/2010

I had to change the date of the service at the last minute and Reliable Glass made it happen. Plus, it is so nice that they went to where the car was during the day instead of us having to take the car to them. more
