Window looks good, but I wonder about the quality. One piece of trim was loose around the window. 3/30/2010

The guy did a good job and was easy to work with. He did leave a piece of trim loose on the lower windshield. I'm not sure if he broke something or if it just doesn't want to stay tight anymore. Anyhow, the truck is five years and I'm not worried about it. more

Installer had no problem finding my obsecure workplace, was to the point in a professional way, and made it a non-issue for me to have this replacement done at my workplace. Honestly didn't expect that good a service, this gentleman did a fine job explaining to me the process and after the fact matters in a very pleasant manner. Very impressed. more

Highly, highly, highly recommend! From start to finish this company exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed with Kevin, the technician/installer. He was super knowledgable, friendly, detailed...just all around GREAT. He did a super job. And went above and beyond. Hope your company appreciates it's employees, because a windshield is a windshield, your employee made all the difference and I would recommend your company to all my friends, because of the great job Kevin did. more

Seemed like a rush job 3/4/2010

Driver missed install time due to antoher job that ran over so by the time he got here, I wasn't here to inspet the final installation so I can't say to much, however, there was a large glob of adhesive on the inside drives side window that spewed over onto the plastic closure panel. Not a huge deal, but it was a mess until it dried and I could peal it off. There were also wet paper towels left on the drivers seat that had window cleaner all over them. Fortunatly no stains, but it did soak the seat cushion. Must have been in a hurry since the previous appointment held him up. more

My neighbors kids decided one day that they were going to throw rocks at my car. They ended up not only scratching my paint but severely cracking my windshield. I brought my car to Napa Auto care Center. They fixed my windshield quickly. Not only was their service fast and efficient but it was way cheaper then I expected. Thanks Napa! more

I am freshly out of collage and my '08 Honda was having technical issues and needed a checkup. I was looking for a place to take my car and I read many good reviews for Napa Auto Care. The staff there was polite and didn't try to cheat me into buying things I dont need like most companys do. To make a long story short I had a pleasent, worry free experience and I would reccomend Napa auto care to anyone. Pros: Polite Staff, honest company, very helpful Cons: no cons more
