I bought the living social for haircut and deep conditioning. After reading the other reviews on here I was a bit hesitant to make my appointment, but decided to anyone. So glad I did! I got a new stylist named, Anh. She did an amazing job on my haricut. Definitely going back :) more

I went in there with long, full hair and came out looking like a 5 years old who got a hold of scissors. I normally cut my own hair because I usually just have it cut straight across, but I was going on vacation so I went in to get an inch or 2 of layer at the bottom to fluff it out. I said ""I'd like an inch and a half of layer at the bottom, but don't take off anything more than you have to."" Exact quote. Everything was going fine when she turned me around to blow-dry and style ( I thought ). When I had went in I could wrap my fingers around my hair and it was about the width of a silver dollar, now it's the width of a dime or less in some parts. I asked for 1 1/2 inches of layer and she gave me 8 inches of layer. When I saw all the hair lying on the ground I started hyperventilating. She said that was ""texturizing"". I never asked for or approved this. I said take as off as little as possible. I'm not kidding; it was so bad I cried for 3 hours. I called to talk to a manager and the manager didn't even want to know which girl it was. Again, not kidding. She really didn't care. I would give names but it really would be better to avoid this place completely Pros: Were willing to refund my money Cons: I would have rather not lost all my hair more

Regis at Chandler Mall is good or bad depending on what stylist you get. I recently went to have my hair cut by Piper. I got there 10 minutes early as I was told to on the phone. She arrived there 5 minutes before my appointment was supposed to take place. She arrived with food and said she would be 5 minutes. She was actually 10 minutes. Not only did my appointment start late, but she put minimal effort into both cutting and styling my hair. She just blew the dryer at my hair and did not even attempt to use a brush and make it look decent. My hair looked way better before I went to Regis. I do not recommend it~ especially for a Friday night when the stylist does not want to stay long enough to do a good job. Cons: stylists talk to each other and ignore you the whole time; my stylist put minimal effort into my hair more

I went toa high end salon before going to Regis Chandler Mall and my hair was really damaged. I booked an appointment with a girl named Tisha. I told her what I wanted and showed her a picture. She took her time and put up with my frankness. My hair is now picture perfect hair! It has hightlights and lowlights and my cut has never been so fabulous! Another thing is the cost was totallly affordable. I will never see another stylst again! My highest recommend to go see Tisha at Regis chandler mall. Pros: your hair looks better than ever more
