Regis at Chandler Mall is good or bad depending on what stylist you get. I recently went to have my hair cut by Piper. I got there 10 minutes early as I was told to on the phone. She arrived there 5 minutes before my appointment was supposed to take place. She arrived with food and said she would be 5 minutes. She was actually 10 minutes. Not only did my appointment start late, but she put minimal effort into both cutting and styling my hair. She just blew the dryer at my hair and did not even attempt to use a brush and make it look decent. My hair looked way better before I went to Regis. I do not recommend it~ especially for a Friday night when the stylist does not want to stay long enough to do a good job.
Cons: stylists talk to each other and ignore you the whole time; my stylist put minimal effort into my hair
