I went in there with long, full hair and came out looking like a 5 years old who got a hold of scissors. I normally cut my own hair because I usually just have it cut straight across, but I was going on vacation so I went in to get an inch or 2 of layer at the bottom to fluff it out. I said ""I'd like an inch and a half of layer at the bottom, but don't take off anything more than you have to."" Exact quote. Everything was going fine when she turned me around to blow-dry and style ( I thought ). When I had went in I could wrap my fingers around my hair and it was about the width of a silver dollar, now it's the width of a dime or less in some parts. I asked for 1 1/2 inches of layer and she gave me 8 inches of layer. When I saw all the hair lying on the ground I started hyperventilating. She said that was ""texturizing"". I never asked for or approved this. I said take as off as little as possible. I'm not kidding; it was so bad I cried for 3 hours. I called to talk to a manager and the manager didn't even want to know which girl it was. Again, not kidding. She really didn't care. I would give names but it really would be better to avoid this place completely
