I am fuming right now with the way the dealt with my tax. They were prompt in charging my bank account and as soon as this step was done, they started ignoring my calls. Took me good one week to get an appointment. They did not call at the appointment time and never returned my call. Just called me at random times during my work meetings. I promptly submitted all my tax forms and they did not respond back to me in 2 weeks. Should have saved my time not approching these people. I am surprised that they are even surviving with such poor customer care n worst services. BOTTOMLINE: Don't even think of visiting them. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!! Don't believe the 5 star comments, those are self-promotions. more

I have received a notice from IRS for year 2007 and i had gone to Ravi Tax to resolve the issue. They were very patient to review the whole issue and figure out the mistake done by previous tax consultant. I have filed amendment for that year and every thing was handled in a very best way. more

Ravi Tax took care of my income tax returns this year and did a great job. He was easy to work with, got everything done on time for my taxes and took care of business. He's fair priced and I like that he was able to work with my schedule which can be hectic. I even got some cash back, which is great in this economy. more

Avoid this company.....they will give WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE and will try to get as much money as possible from you....it's unfortunate that they are still surviving. more

I would surely recommend this consultant to anyone who is looking for very detailed and interactive service for their taxes. Specially need to mention about Ravi & Raji (Tax consultants) as they were very patient in handling my case. The service was very professional . more

Charging too much just for 5 min job and never get response for your queries. Unprofessional speaking. Just basically giving ads all over the net and radio and looting the money during tax time. Cons: Unprofessional and Just marketing himself more

They say you learn things the hard way, had one of the worst experiences with this one..firstly they overcharged me, customer service was horrible for one of my queries after filing taxes no response to email, Ravi got my bank acct. was wrong and then i got a notice for bounced payment, had a tough time in getting hold of anyone at Ravi tax and even after that the response was pathetic.. Pros: No pros Cons: Overcharged, unpleasant, haphazard, rude, among many more

I called this person for appointment and he gave me 5 to 7 pm and didnt give me any estimate for hsi fees.I went there with my wife after office and after filling 2-3 forms and WAITING 1/2 hour they told me $80 for filing ax return. I was ok with the money but then again after that I waited for 1 more hour but no use. Finally I took my papers back and came without using there services. more

I have had worst experience with couple of years back. He doesn't even talk properly. He charged too high, since I was new to this place so did not have any idea. I have to go multiple times and had to call many many times before I could get over with him. Not sure how come he is still in business. more

My husband and I went to these folks. Our returns are very simple. We asked for the estimate which they of course did not give immediately, lest you should walk out the door . more

We were served by the female, We initially asked about how do they charge well in advance before going to them personally. She did tell us that the amount when she prepared all the documents, Ours is not that complicated. She did not even have any explanation on how she is charging the fee. more

Please for God's sake DO NOT use his service. Tax filing's are critical. He made our us to suffer because of his money minded attitude. He is keen in collecting money not bothered about the accuracy of the data while filing. Avoid him/his service. All the people who were victimized by him should unite to file a law suit against him. I hate to go this place. They are hopeless and money suckers. I went to file with these guys and before visiting them I asked them how much they charge for a person who is on f1-opt and H1b in the same year they gave rough estimation for 2 w2 forms. So I went there on the time but still waited for 1.30 hr. Last I got call and he filed in 3 min using some s/w. In return I paid his fee and in return he made me to pay state tax from my packet and reduced my federal returns. He e-file my state taxes. Cons: All are bad more

2005 was the first year I went to an accounting office to get help with my taxes, and therefore I went to Ravi Tax as they were highly ranked by most web search results. It?s a family run (husband-wife) business, and after working with them I was left with a really bad impression. First they do not have a customer service demeanor to succeed in this business; they are all about the number of people they can squeeze in a limited amount of time. Unlike Good Tax assistance where they work with their customers to understand the specific situation their client is in, these guys just ask you quick questions, and enter it into their software and charge you a quick buck. In my case I had to explain to them how my case was different, therefore the tax had to be filed as another income source (helps keep tax low) after which he agreed to file it accordingly. But I was left wondering that shouldn?t it have been him who should have given me that advice instead of me explaining it to him??? more

Went to get some accounting and tax advice. Advice was average. Paid in cash but neglected to take a receipt. When I emailed him about a week later asking for a receipt, he responded back saying I could pick the receipt up when I had my taxes done by him ! I replied back saying I wanted the receipt now since I would probably use TurboTax to do my taxes. Never heard back from him, never received a receipt ! more
