Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I had an emergency eye problem while at work on Friday 4/1/16 and called this office. I was told to come in immediately and they would work me in. Dr. Wrzosek and everyone I came into contact with were friendly and comforting. Dr Wrzosek kept me a ease while he explained that I needed to see a specialist immediately. From the time I walked into this office (in Raleigh), saw the specialist (in Clayton), had laser surgery and back home, it had only been 4 hours. They saw an emergency from a non patience and I received the best care I could have asked for! \r \r My business depends on reviews and shame on me for typically not providing them. Today, I realized how serious this could have been and how quickly things could have turned south. I decided I needed to share! I will continue to make this my choice for all future needs in eye care.\r \r Thank you to all at Raleigh Eye Center! more

Horrible horrible place, the wait time to see a DR can be a very long time at least an hour or more and if you need special testing then be prepared to wait longer. The place is over booked and they just want as much money as possible. I think the techs not all of them but a majority of them do not care about the patients, they just rush though them as fast as possible. I would say there are several great Drs there, but overall the Management is horrible horrible horrible with very old equipment. Linda Herman needs to be fired and the place could have potential. more

My family has been seen by Dr. Couch, Dr. Wrzosek, and Dr. Kiley. As with any medical office, sometimes there is a waiting period. However, the technicians are very knowledgeable and we have been pleased with the care given by the physicians. We've had no problems when trying to reschedule appointments, which we've had to do several times. more

Although Dr Board is a wonderful physician I cant say i am pleased with his office staff. One bad apple will spoil the bunch. The young lady who processes your insurance information is not a great representation of Dr Board or the other staff members so if you happen to make it through the door and past that part of your visit you are certain to be pleased. This is not the first time i have had a problem with her which has compelled me to do a review. The first time i just figured maybe she was having a bad day. Unfortunately her bad days are quite frequent it seems. I watched how she also interracted with other patients and its just simply disgusting how nasty she can get. There is not a warm welcome its rather sign your name and sit down i will get to you. So to get to my issue as of most recent. She wanted to cut the medicaid card from the paper to scan. Thats fine and dandy if you choose but unfortunately she doesnt realize its a piece of paper not a card or plastic which means easily destroyed. I tried to explain its not a simple task to get a replacement and if you have a special needs child you cant afford the risk of losing the medicaid. I prefer it not be cut to compromise can we make a copy and then you can cut and scan it. She declared no. When asked why would that be a problem she stated bc we are a paperless environment and cannot do it. I could see she was unwilling to be assistance w the situation so i decided to reachedule the appointment. She proceeded to want to dispute that if i reschedule she was still going to cut the paper. I told her no i will bring you paper or a copy to cut but i cannot take the risk of losing this medicaid card. She did reschedule me reluctantly and when i asked for a dr excuse for my child missing school she simply gave me a (paper) copy of the excuse with only his name,date, and her signature. There are plenty of other spaces to be filled on the paper that could have explained my sons absence/tardy but she did not fill that portion in. My first thought was to call back and explain to the office manager the mishap but I decided against only bc there is not a large staff there and since this was not my first time having a problem with her rude spirit i didnt want that to come off as if I were the one with the problem. No matter how nice or polite you are to this lady she seems to find a way to supercede with her dry and nasty spirit. I simply love Dr Boards office but i really wish he could fix the bad seed at the door. more

Dr. Kiley and Amanda are the DYNAMIC DUO! Amanda made me feel so comfortable about getting such a serious surgery. Dr. Kiley tested, retested, then tested again. He then made me wait 6 weeks to ensure the best results possible with my surgery. He is meticulous! I am only 1 1/2 weeks post; therefore, I am still in the adjustment stage. I still feel like I am dreaming when I wake up in the morning and am able to see! Thank you Dr. Kiley, Amanda, Michelle, and the rest of the team! more

My experience was great with Dr.Kiley and Amanda, with my consultation they were honest they didn’t sugar coat anything which allowed me to make an informed decision about the PRK procedure they are always available anytime I have a question or concern about my vision. Due to my extreme prescription and dependency on corrective lenses I was very apprehensive to even find out if I would be a candidate. I wore contacts and glasses for 7 years and quickly grew tired of my contacts lens scratching my eyes or drying out my eyes or getting headaches from wearing eye glasses so I took action and decided to get LASIK at the Raleigh Eye Center. Dr. Kiley did an amazing job; I JUST GOT THE LASIK PROCEDURE DONE YESTERDAY MORNING AND NOW I'M SEEING 20/20!! more

I had Lasik done by Dr. Kiley he did an awesome job!!!!! his office took very very good care of me if you haven't had this done you need to go here his nurses are wonderful Michelle she is great she explains everything to you and take care of you thank you Raleigh Eye center for your hard work and I CAN SEE!!!!!!!! :) :) more

I am 21 years old and have been going to The Raleigh Eye Center since the age of 4. I just recently had Lasik done by Dr. Kiley, what an amazing and comforting experience it was! With the positive attitude and personal interactions with Dr. Kiley, Kelly and their assistants I was never unsure or worried about any of it. They are extremely professional and provide great customer service. I highly recommend to anyone if you are going to ""look into"" Lasik, The Raleigh Eye Center is the place to go! I have 20/20 vision now, after being nearly blind for 21 years it is a dream come true to see the world glasses free!!! more

Dr. Kiley, Kelley and the rest of the LASIK team are dedicated to providing the best care to their patients. Having both worked for and been a patient of several of the local providers, I can attest that you will receive top notch care while at Raleigh Eye Center. They want to develop a relationship with their patients that does not end after the surgery, which is unique for most LASIK providers. I have been going to them for years and could not be happier. I've been going to the Raleigh Eye Center for several years now, and have absolutely no complaints. I've seen a couple of their doctors for my regular exams for CL and glasses prescriptions, and 3 years ago I had Lasik done by Dr. Kiley. The whole experience was awesome and if I had to make the choice again, I wouldn't change a thing! My vision is still 20/20! more

I choose Raleigh Eye Center in July to do my Lasik surgery. I made the choice because of recommendations from family who had very positive experience and the pricing of the surgery. I was immediately impressed by Kelly who made my appointment and did a majority of the initial consultation. She was very personalbe and knowledgeable. Dr. Kiley and his assistants are very professional. My surgery was very quick and I was amazed at how well I could see just a few minutes after my surgery. The follow up appointments were fairly quick and easy and I have 20/15 vision. Overall it was a wonderful experience. more

You have been forwarned!! Unless you want to be upset all day, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! \r \r I was told to show up 10 mins before appointment. So I showed up at 9:40am for a 9:50. AT 10:41am they called me up to check my insurance. THEN at 11:00AM THEY SENT ME TO A DIFFERENT WAITING ROOM. Then at 11:20 they put me in an exam chair. Then at 11:40AM 2 HOURS LATER, the doctor finally saw me. He looked at my blood shot, PAINFUL eye for 15 seconds and wrote me a prescription for a steroid drop. I asked him to look inside the eye, as I have a history of interior eye lesions. 'Oh, I'm backed up and I havent taken lunch yet.' I SAT FOR 2 HOURS for 15 seconds of #*&$($. They told me I had to 'come back for that' and pay another $80 co-pay. And if I wanted a eyeglass prescription update, I needed to make a SEPARATE appointment for that too! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! IF YOU GO, DONT SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED. Horrible experience. HORRIBLE. \r \r I would like to have all the Doctors that work there sit in a room for two hours without pay, and be forced to pay me $200 each to have me look at them for 15 seconds. What a colossal waste of my TIME!! more

Scheduled an appointment for a torn cornea.. extremely painful. Told to arrive 10 mins early for paperwork.. not sure why because they didn't call me for paperwork until 20 mins after my appointment time. Also noticed woman get into an arguement with a patient about how long they had been waiting. more

Good doctor and office. Doctor Kiley was very helpful in helping me understand my porblem. They took their time with me and all the women at the front got me in and out in a reasonable time. I will go back to this place. more

I just had the most wonderful experience with Lasik and it was all because of Dr. Kiley and his amazing staff! I had been considering Lasik for a long time, but I was just so nervous. Would it turn out alright? Would I be happy that I went through with the procedure? Would it hurt??? Lucky for me, I had quite a talented team of professionals to help guide me through the process. Kelley is so knowledgeable and kind. She answered all of my questions and really helped calm my nerves. I had read some scary things about Lasik, but I just knew that I was in good hands with Dr. Kiley. He is an amazingly talented doctor. His skill and experience made me feel confident that I had made the right choice. The day of surgery couldn't have gone smoother. Dr. Kiley, Kelley, Michelle and Molly were all there to guide me through the procedure step by step. I was nervous, but still confident. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the procedure was done with such precision and skill that it was over before I knew it! I just had to rest that day and then I was back up and ready to go the next morning. I now see 20/20 and I couldn't be happier. I no longer have to fumble around for my glasses or worry about wearing my contacts too long. Travel is a breeze now! It's been two weeks since my surgery and life is sweet! I can never thank Dr. Kiley and the team enough for giving me the gift of sight. If you're considering Lasik, then Dr. Kiley is easily the best choice :-) more
