Premier Property Management has been our management company for over 6 years. The manage 12 units for us over in Wichita. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with and they always have put my interest at the top of their priority list. Our vacancies when they occur are filled promptly and with good quality residents. We have enjoyed our business relationship with Premier over the years and plan on many more to come. more

Had Good Relationship with PPM. Initially, getting someone to let us into apartment they were very accomodating. Throughout the rental process they were easy to get a check to as they have a drop box. There was some damage that had been done to the apartment before i moved in that i did not notice until after we wrote the report. They were understanding of this and did not take any money away from my deposit. I had some questions regarding my deposit after i had been moved out for over 3 months and Chris S. was very helpful in the situation. The only problem i ever had was in getting a hold of a few others that worked there. I would say i had the most luck with Chris and that if a problem was too arise i would ask for him specifically. more
