All I can say is wonderful! I recently moved into a property managed by Premier Property Management. Their attentiveness to my repair issues was spectacular. Their service was further appreciated by the willingness of their staff to ensure that I was kept up to date on changes in the most professional and courteous manner, going out of their way to make sure that I had the information. As I moved to Wichita, Kansas for professional reasons, the first management agency I utilized was very difficult, to say the least; to arrange for repairs, let alone keeping up on their obligations for maintenance on the property, fulfilling the services they advertised; and most disappointingly, were very unprofessional – as I found in conversations with my neighbors. Premier Property Management has been a breath of fresh air. I also appreciate the aspect that they were willing to work with me to be home when the repairs were needed, to ensure that I was able to secure my pets before repairs. The contractors and staff who have responded to my needs were polite and professional as well.
