Had Good Relationship with PPM. Initially, getting someone to let us into apartment they were very accomodating. Throughout the rental process they were easy to get a check to as they have a drop box. There was some damage that had been done to the apartment before i moved in that i did not notice until after we wrote the report. They were understanding of this and did not take any money away from my deposit. I had some questions regarding my deposit after i had been moved out for over 3 months and Chris S. was very helpful in the situation. The only problem i ever had was in getting a hold of a few others that worked there. I would say i had the most luck with Chris and that if a problem was too arise i would ask for him specifically.
