When we first began renting from PPM everything was fine, until that is you need something fixed or you need to get ahold of someone! None of our outside nor garage outlets work, ...

Exactly what we needed 3/23/2011

We needed a bigger place to rent since we were expanding our family. It was difficult to find a large sized home in our price range. After going to every company in Wichita, we couldn’t find anything and were very disappointed. Our last stop was Premier Property Management and I must admit, it should have been our first. They had exactly what we needed and we were moving in that weekend. more

Service was outstanding!! 3/16/2011

I transferred jobs and the hour-long one way commute became too much for me. I had to move but couldn’t find a management company with office hours that would accommodate my work schedule. I called Premier Property Management and was surprised they were open on Saturday’s. I found the right place at the right price at the right time! Their service was outstanding. more

They really helped us out 2/28/2011

When my wife accepted a job in the Whichita are, I had pretty hard time calling around and figuring out where to live and what was available for houses for my family. I found PPM on their website, called in and my leasing agent was pretty helpful. They gave us tips fro school districts and met us in the evening to help us into a house, moving from another state is no fun but they at least managed to make the house hunting easy. more

I have had a good experience renting through PPM 2/14/2011

Last year there was a major electrical issue at our apartment complex in the middle of the night. Power was surging in each apartment and had everybody pretty worried. The on-call guy came out and in the middle of the night middle of the night managed to get an electrician out and get power repaired and running for all of us. They were here from about 1am to about 5am when everything was settled down. I have hd some other small repairs at my place, but I was impressed with the on call maintenance guy that night. more

They do a magnificent job 2/9/2011

I own a few rentals in the Wichita area and was growing tired of managing and maintaining my own properties along with my full time job. I called Premier, they met me at the propertied and we came up with a game plan together on how to get them full. Within 30 days they had found residents for all empty properties and how my investments are stable and I don't have to deal with any emergencies. more

It was awesome! 2/3/2011

My experience with Premier Property Management was one of the easiest things I have done. All the rentals they had were in better shape and cleaner than all the others I looked at in Wichita. The staff was friendly, took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything to me in full detail. more

I had to move quickly but everywhere I called had a waiting list. I called Premier Property Management and they had just what I was looking for and most importantly at just the right price. more

They Understand 1/20/2011

My last landlord wouldn’t fix anything in my rental. I needed a clean, safe environment for me and my kids. The staff at Premier Property Management really helped me out and I couldn’t thank them enough more

The management has always taken care of my repairs right away 1/12/2011

I have lived in my home on Cornelison Street, managed by Premier Property Management, since July 2006. The management has always taken care of my repairs right away when I call. It’s a very quiet area and is kept very clean and yard is always maintained. I hope not to ever have to move but should I need to I would definitely try to rent again from Premier Property Management. more

Im glad to have gone through with PPM 12/29/2010

I was impressed with the personal touch from Premier Property Management from my first phone call. They were friendly and really listened to what I had to say. My concerns were their concerns and I’ve never been treated like that from a company or individual that I have rented from. When we did the walk-thru I couldn’t believe how thorough they were, checking everything. Unfortunately even with all that there were some complications with the house. They were on it right away. They made sure not only the house was taken care of but that we as tenants were taken care of as well. I honestly feel that I have friends in them and not just people we do business with. I thank God that PPM is the property management company I decided to go through. I thank all of you at PPM for all your hard work and quick follow up and for treating us like we really matter. And I do so love my home more

My family and I have rented from Premier Property Management for nearly four years. During this time, any problem that has arisen has been promptly addressed and fixed to our satisfaction. I feel that their management staff is very caring and helpful. I would not hesitate to refer any family members or friends to Premier Property Management more

Would rent again 12/14/2010

So far I have had a good experience with Premier Property Management. When we first moved to town, they discussed our options and found us a good home in the location we wanted for the schools. We've only had a couple of maintenance items come up so far, but every time they have been responsive and gotten the issues fixed quickly. I would definitely rent from them again. more

I've always had good experiences 11/17/2010

We rented a duplex from PPM and had a good overall experience. We had a water heater go out over the weekend which could be terrible with two kids, but shortly after I called their center they had someone out to look at it and they got a plumber over there that same day and got it replaced for us. I've always had good experiences with the staff and we needed up leasing from them for a couple of years before buying a home. more

Almost did not sign up with PPM that June day last summer; would have been a wrong decision. The PPM leads have definitely made the difference in these toughest of financial times. more

We LOVE our house 11/3/2010

When we moved into the property in January snow was on the ground and it was freezing cold. Premier made our transition into our new property very easy despite the weather conditions outside. We love our house. more
