Last year there was a major electrical issue at our apartment complex in the middle of the night. Power was surging in each apartment and had everybody pretty worried. The on-call guy came out and in the middle of the night middle of the night managed to get an electrician out and get power repaired and running for all of us. They were here from about 1am to about 5am when everything was settled down. I have hd some other small repairs at my place, but I was impressed with the on call maintenance guy that night.
