I wouldn't give this company 1 star. They have terrible customer service, they are only after your money. Even when they never provided service, or ever picked up a single bag of garbage. They are a huge scam! The ladies that work in the office are extremely rude and care nothing about the job they are doing or the company they work for! The also mix the recycling and the trash making it pointless to recycle when you are paying extra for this service! more

Terrible. I did not like any service they provided since the service they were suppose to provide they did not and they will still expect you to pay for it more

I love having my trash can taken up close to my house, it actually is suposed to be taken to the garage, but considering that my garage is so far back, I don't mind that the can is only taken up to the house. more

On 4/13/09, the driver through all my recycling and trash into the same truck. I saw it and went out to question him about it. He said, ""Sorry, it won't happen again. We've have a broken down truck today."" I said, ""That's not acceptable. I'm trying to save the environment. I've taken the time to seperate the recycling AND I pay extra for the service."" He said, ""Nothing I can do."" I called their customer service and they said the driver denied doing it and IF he did it, it was because it wasn't separated. I guarantee you it was seperated into their approved recycle bins that I bought from them! (Trash truck license plate: 396-RMT.) I like that Pro disposal brings my trash can to my house once it's empties. My biggest complaint though is that w have had 3 trash cans thrown away now, not bathroom trash cans, no, kitchen size trash cans. Our third can was thrown last thursday during the big snow storm. I have never called about our other trash cans being thrown away, I simply bought new both times. This time however, I was fed up with it. I understand it was a snow storm and that the driver must be in a hurry, but come on, it was a tall blue kitchen trash can. I know it wasn't heavy b/c it was only filled with baby diapers. Pros: bring trash can to your house Cons: they throw away our trash cans constantly! more

These guys are great. They don't miss days, mess with my billing and they always return my cans back to the side of the house. Finally a great company. more

This company is lacking in CUSTOMER SERVICE, unfortunately, which is too bad. Many of us want to support local businesses, rather than the giant national corporations. more

Horrible Customer Service. Even when signing up for service the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude. I should have known then not to sign up. So far they have missed 2 out of 4 pickups and when we call they blame us for not having our trash out on time even though we put it out the night before, very rude. I have used this company for three years now. In this time they have provided great service. They have missed a few pickup due to show and them not plowing our streets, but as soon as it was clear they were right out. In the three years, gas has gone up, but their prices have not. Just called CS and found the number on this site, and the lady was very nice and helpful. At the same time I was nice to her as well. Many times it is helpfun to be a good customer if you want them to be a good service provider. I would highly recommend this company. Three years ago I started off with the main trash company in the area. Then I transferred to the second well known company after not getting my trash dumped everytime. Then transferred to Pro Disposal because of the better prices. They are awesome. They come early in the morning. They take just about everything I put out on the curb. After all that they return my garbage cans up to the side of the house. WOW. This was great. Also during the big snows my trash is the only one picked up in the neighborhood because they all use the other companies. Wouldn't trade them for anything else. Started out being very pleased with this trash company; however that is changing the longer we keep them as a trash service. There have been times when they have left trash on the street in front of our house. Where supposed to credit our account for a week's worth of service when they didn't pick up and didn't. Finally, today, after 4 months they took gave the credit. I will be changing our services at the end of the service date. Pros: Pick ups are on time in the mornings Cons: Leaving trash and not providing credits on a timely basis more

Our HOA in Lone Tree, CO recently switched to Pro Disposal and we have been very happy with the service. They arrive early so we have to make sure our trash is out a little before 7. It's been nice to not have trash out on the curb all day. The woman who picks up our trash could make it an olympic event. My 2 year old son and I watch her throw the trash into the truck at lightning speed and she's the driver too. She never leaves any mess/trash behind and always sets the pails back into place. She's always waves to my son too...bonus :) more

Pro Disposal has the worst service that I have ever encountered. I called yesterday (not the first time) to let them know that, once again, my garbage was not picked up and asked to confirm pick up today. The response that I received was that I should just call back today ""if"" my garbage isn't picked up again and they'll do something about it. 4 out of 6 weeks without any service... These people should be ashamed of themselves. Cons: They don't do anything. Staff is not helpful at all. more

I dont think this company even diserves a rating of one. it is terrible they are never consitant on when they will pick up trash the only thing is that its always in the afternoon. 99 percent of the time our trash is still full at 5 and then we can usually bring in the barrel around 6. Yesterday we got our trash out in the morning and they never picked it up. and when we called to ask about it they were very rude about it. They said it wasnt there problem we obviously didnt have it out in time and they wont come pick up the trash. They were very rude on the phone. terrible costomer service. We have never missed a payment, and we were never rude but they treated us like we were bad. WE ARE SWITHING SERVICES hopefully to some one cheeper, friendlier, and more reliable. We have a family of 6 we cant exactly wait 2 weeks to dump our trash especially when we had our trash out. I recommend that anyone who doesnt want to be treated bad find a different company. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!! When our original collector sold out to another collector, the new service was terrible. We then signed up with another company, and that service was terrible. I have been with Pro Disposal for more than 2 years now, they have never missed a pick up, (except in the 40"" of snow when our streets were not plowed). They have never left a mess on the street and always put the cans (and lids) away. Other collectors forced me to park my car in the street while I moved the cans out from the middle of the driveway and gathered the lids that were thrown to the side. The last company, I had to call 4 weeks in a row because they ""missed"" my pick up. Out of the 4 collectors we have had in the past 7 years, Pro Disposal is by far the best. Their prices are lower, the quality of service is higher. Pros: They put the cans away, leaving the street clean. Cons: No Cons: We have never had an issue. more

Pro Disposal is terrible. They spill trash on the ground and miss pickups regularly. When you call to complain they argue with you. The supervisor never calls back. Throwing away your like new garbage cans is not good service. Partial trash pickups are annoying with lies to as why they didn?t do their contracted service. Putting your cans by the house is useless, if you have to go back to the street and pickup after they spill trash from the cans. Yes, they do NOT pick up trash on MANY days for no apparent reason (sometimes claiming weather) when their competitors do. If you don?t mind having your trash around for many weeks and picking up your trash off the ground/ street/curb after a pickup by all means go use this company. Pros: move to another company besides ProDisposal Cons: you clean up street after a pickup, they skip pickups, dont collect all trash bags more

I have used Pro Disposal for for six years and in two different houses and have been very happy with them. They never refused anything even when I was cleaning up my old house for moving and taking all the associated trash with moving into a new house. I have never lost a trash can in one of our wind storms due to their exceptional service of placing the cans/bins up next to the garage. I suspect those who experienced poor customer service got what they gave when they called to complain. On the rare occasion that my trash was missed they picked it up the next day if I called. Sorry to the 2 negative posters- but they have been wonderful. If you don't pay your bill, regardless if they call- you know you didn't pay it. I think if your an adult, you shoul be able to keep track of your bill. That is not their fault. If you don't pay your car payment don't they repo it? Whether you get your statement or not. And yes, weather plays a factor for smaller companies- small price to pay for good service!! No one else takes your cans up to your house, or picks up large items without charging extra! Go with BFI or Waste management and you'll regret it! They went through my trash and accused me of letting somemone else use my trash service!! That's actually sick. Pros: Take cans to your house!!
