Disappointing Trash Service 10/23/2007

I've had Pro Disposal for 7 years and never had a problem with them until now. My trash was not picked up 2 times within one month. When I called to find out why they told me I did not pay my bill, but I never got a 4th qaurter bill from them. I have been with them for 7 years and never missed a payment, I would think they would've at least given me the courtesy of a phone call before they stopped my service to let me know that it had not been paid. So...now I am looking for a new company and I am finding that Pro Disposal seems to be higher in price so maybe they did me a favor! more

Great Customer Service. Very Satisfied. 4/17/2007

I previously tried Waste Management and BFI. I've been with Pro Disposal for 2 years. I could not be happier. The fact that they return the cans to the house is worth a premium and yet their prices are more than competitive. My cans are never blowing down the street while the rest of the neighbors are trying to find their lids on a windy day. They have never refused anything I have put out and they have twice come up to the house to get my cans when I forgot to leave them out. They also reliably arrive at the same time every week. Pros: Cans near the house, reliable Cons: No fancy website/pay online more

I have never had any problem with them and would recommend them 4/9/2007

Of course they were delayed during the storm but I have not had any problem with them at all. They always bring the cans back up the house and I have seen them pickup paper that has fallen out of the trash can. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a trash service provider. more

Do not use this company! 1/30/2007

I am currently a customer, but do not plan on renewing my contract with Pro Disposal because of the poor customer service I received. My garbage and recycling was not picked up on several occassions and I was treated very rudely on the phone when I called to inquire about the problem. With so many other complanies to choose from, I would think they would treat their customers a little nicer! I recommend that you do not use Pro Disposal. Cons: Rude service, trash and recycling not picked more

The problem is citywide. 1/8/2007

In response to the prior message, I am a customer of BFI and they didn't pick up trash for two weeks either and their line is continuously busy. It's too bad that our city in general is so unprepared for snow. It's not like we live in Atlanta, where when it snows they don't have the equipement, etc. to deal with the storm. more

PRO DISPOSAL IS THE WORST EVER IN DENVER-DON'T HIRE THEM 1/3/2007

PRO DISPOSAL IS AWFUL. In a snowstorm of 2006, they didn't pick up our garbage for 3 WEEKS!!!! And guess what? I saw BPI and Waste Management trucks picking up our neighbor's trash a day after the storm, with no problems whatsoever. Even took a photo of it on my cameraphone as proof for when I TAKE THEM TO COURT TO GET A REFUND. They will not even return phone calls to their customers and just leave a recording about how the weather was bad, blah blah blah--yet their competitors picked up garbage several days ago. Cons: THEY DON'T PICK UP GARBAGE more

Name says it all 10/12/2006

Have had service for approx. 3 years. Never have had a problem. Trash is always picked up in the morning as opposed to in the evening as some other servces do. Trash cans are always put neatly back by the garage door instead of out on the curb where the wind tends to send them out into the street. more
