Sorry to the 2 negative posters- but they have been wonderful. If you don't pay your bill, regardless if they call- you know you didn't pay it. I think if your an adult, you shoul be able to keep track of your bill. That is not their fault. If you don't pay your car payment don't they repo it? Whether you get your statement or not. And yes, weather plays a factor for smaller companies- small price to pay for good service!! No one else takes your cans up to your house, or picks up large items without charging extra! Go with BFI or Waste management and you'll regret it! They went through my trash and accused me of letting somemone else use my trash service!! That's actually sick.
