Great experince! We were looking for an SUV for our family and came to check Nissan, our sales person was Omar, he showed us the available Muranos and Rogues and offered good prices on both models. We decided to go with a smaller Rogue and test drove it. Loved it and bought the same day! Omar was very knowledgeable and went through the whole purchase process with us. He explained every step to us since it was our first new car purchase. When the docs were ready he gave us the keys and showed how to use all the car controls. We went home in a brand new Rogue! Overall experience was very plesant and the staff was great, especially Omar. Will definitely recommend him to our friends! more

GREAT customer service 11/10/2011

Last month I was in the market for a new car I had rented a Nissan Versa and loved it so I decided that was the car for me. I sent in a request online and within a few minutes I received an email with a quote from Christiana Moreno shortly after I received a call from her. I get very concerned when talking to a salesman because I feel like they try to take advantage of me because I am a woman and younger than your average buyer, but hearing a woman on the phone with such a bubbly personality really put me at ease. I told her I would be available to come in and test drive within an hour or so, she said great see you soon. I arrived at the dealership and the lady at the front showed me to Christiana's office. She smiled and shook my hand, I felt so comfortable. Next she took me out to look at the Versa's where we test drove both the sedan and hatchback. I told her I liked the hatchback she then took me back into her office and we sat down and talked about the rebates that Nissan was offering. I explained to her that I would not be buying for another week or so and that I wanted to bring my Uncle in because I don't know much about buying a car, to my surprise she said no problem I understand, gave me her card and asked me for my contact info and she told me that she will call me in a few days to schedule an appointment. I was shocked any other dealership I went to they were so pushy insisting that I buy today why wait it was a great feeling to know she wasn't trying to rush me into the purchase. I knew she was the Nissan Internet Manager I wanted to do business with. Two days later I received a call from her asking when my Uncle and I wanted to come in again I was shocked (in a good way). I decided that I was ready to buy and I felt comfortable enough to go in without my uncle. We test drove the vehicle one more time, went over the price and I knew she was giving me the best deal from the beginning without a long drawn out negotiation process, we went over the extended warranty, gap and a theft device. I choose to go with the warranty and gap just in case, I rather be safe than sorry. During the wait time for finance she kept me company and explained what she was doing before leaving the office. I felt like I was a guest in her home, next I went into finance and worked with Veronica also a very nice girl after finance Christiana took me out to see my new baby (car) she showed me how to work everything and we even took a picture together for her photo album on her desk. I was very pleased with the way I was treated by her and everyone at the dealership. If you are a woman and tired of the same old treatment by salesmen or even a man that feels more comfortable with a woman I would suggest you get in contact with Christiana, please let her know I sent you. I will definitely refer her to all my friends and family! more

He was very pleasant and kept me in the loop through various emails and phone calls. He didn?t have much to work with since my trade in wasn?t worth much and I had very little cash to add to deposit I told upfront what I could do cash wise and monthly payment I would be comfortable with. Once all the finale financial paper work had been completed John demonstrated all the loaded features in the car such as Navigation system and the keyless start. Hello,\r I am writing a review about PREMIER NISSAN and the Internet Manager Dian. We spoke on the phone numerous times and he even quoted me on the phone, which most dealerships dont even bother or give you the time of day. We made an appointment to come in and he was ready and had the car waiting for me in the front lot! In no time at all I was so excited and ready to purchase the car because he gave me a great deal. I would tell you the deal but I dont want to throw him under the bus so other people ask for the same thing =)\r Overall I had a fantastic experience and Dian is an amazing salesman. The Internet Manager Dian Z. helped me out so much. He began speaking with me over the internet and gave me such a good deal that I drove from Dublin, CA to San Jose, CA just for this deal. He threw in a LIFETIME warranty on both cars we purchased! At first I was only going to buy the Pathfinder for my wife, but then i decided to keep that for myself and bought a new Versa for her. Sold on Nissan now! 9/16/2011

Okay, we all hate car dealerships. And I wasn't a big Nissan fan....in fact, I didn't like much of what they made besides the Zs and GTR, but the wife only wanted a new Murano.\r \r I've got to say that Premier Nissan of San Jose is the least difficult and unpleasant experience you can have outside of one of those luxury car spas.\r \r I've since been back to Premier for service/oil changes and had a very good experience with my service technician Doc. So, if you're out to purchase a Nissan, make your life just a little easier and give Premier a chance.\r \r By the way, my niece now owns an Altima, and I don't think I'll go back to an American car again! A Pleasure to do Business with 9/14/2011

That was a breath of fresh air! Went in and picked up a used Murano. I went online, checked out all the photos. I emailed and requested some additional info, then called Wilson to go see/test drive it. He got very close to the offer I made, and was also able to get me a good trade-in value, and so the same day I was driving! Superb! more

Rare experience! Car buying is usually not a pleasant experience... I purchased my 2011 Nissan Maxima from Premier Nissan's Internet Department, and received outstanding service right from the beginning email correspondence. While researching the Maxima and also considering the Altima 3.5 SR and asking questions regarding trims, options, etc., Kim Frizzell was extremely informative and patient.. When I met with her, she did not rush me, showed me the different vehicles, let me test drive both cars, etc. Even after I purchased the vehicle she has kept in touch by calling me to make sure I am happy with the vehicle and tells me to call her on her cell phone if I have any questions or concerns. more
