I went in to speak with Al to learn about my different options for my lease end. It was my first lease ever and I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at just how helpful and patient Al was with presenting me all of my different options. He took his time and spent nearly the entire day making sure that I was able to weigh all of my choices and make sure I made the choice that I was satisfied with. Even after the sale was made, he continued to help me in the following days with certain last minute details. My experience with Al was great and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone who is not just looking for a Nissan, but any car to see what Al can do for them. I feel that I would go directly to Al any time I need to make a trip to the Premier Nissan. more

I just purchased my first brand new car, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! \r \r I was a little hesitant because I contacted Premier Nissan through the internet after seeing an online deal. I was hoping that this wouldn?t just turn into endless spam emails. Thankfully, I was called pretty quickly by a friendly and helpful agent (Dian). After hearing all my wants and my needs he called me back within in 15 minutes with several options that may work for me.\r \r Dian and I met that evening after I got out of work so that I could check out and test drive some options. By the end of the visit Dian had helped me find a car that was perfect for me and fit within my budget. All and all the process was smooth and painless. All the people I had to interact with (including the finance manager Karnail) were friendly, informative, and patient with me through the process. If there were any chance I?d be buying another car any time soon, I?d easily go back to Premier Nissa more

First of all, the one and only 5 star review is written by a salesman (Al Safieh) at Premier Nissan-it's the same one submitted to other review sites such as YELP. It's so obvious with all the boasting he writes about himself. But the most important thing to consider is would you trust to purchase your next vehicle from this dealer? No. They are engaged in bank and consumer fraud and use deceptive tactics to make you think you're getting a good deal but in fact it's just a numbers game. This dealer is at the very top of the list when it comes to dishonesty and unethical business practices. more
