Rare experience! Car buying is usually not a pleasant experience... I purchased my 2011 Nissan Maxima from Premier Nissan's Internet Department, and received outstanding service right from the beginning email correspondence. While researching the Maxima and also considering the Altima 3.5 SR and asking questions regarding trims, options, etc., Kim Frizzell was extremely informative and patient.. When I met with her, she did not rush me, showed me the different vehicles, let me test drive both cars, etc. Even after I purchased the vehicle she has kept in touch by calling me to make sure I am happy with the vehicle and tells me to call her on her cell phone if I have any questions or concerns.
I should also mention that the finance manager was great as well, and I do plan to have my Maxima serviced there as well. I already have my 1st appt. set up!
I highly recommend Premier Nissan of San Jose if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. My experience with them and Kim was very impressive.
