We have always received great service from One Hour. The techs are always on time even though we live quite far from the shop from which they are dispatched. They take care of our equipment as though it were their own. Steve is no exception. He checks inside and outside to make sure our furnace/AC is working properly each time he makes a maintenance visit. I have never had any regrets about calling One Hour 8+ years ago when we did have an issue. I have recommended One Hour to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so in the future. We just updated to the protection plan plus and it is very reasonable considering what it could cost to have a tech travel more than 50 miles each way for service if we should need it. Once again, thank you for providing exceptional service. more

Forward this to your president/CEO. I give them zero stars. they like to grade their employees. No reason they should not be aware their own performance rating. more

Great service 6/9/2016

Mike Murphy was our plumber and what an outstanding Job he did. He was so nice and very smart about his job. I would have this man out to my house any time and not just to do a Job. He spoke with me and my wife and was so cool. I would have this man in my command anytime since I served 22years in the Army. Your company needs more people like him. more

Flushing of water heater 4/22/2016

Brandon did an excellent job. Explained everything that he did. Given the age of our water heater, he shared several options available in the way of its replacement down the road when we need it. We will use Benjamin Franklin again. more

Install Enviro system and whole house check. 3/28/2016

Brandon and Charles did a superb job with this installation and check. Both were excellent examples of a company that prides itself on having employees that tend to customer needs. They took the time to carefully address all concerns and remedy any issues that remained. Brandon was called to our residence on Easter Sunday to address a leak in the kitchen. Air conditioning check up. 3/18/2016

John informed me that the start up on my compressor unit was hard and I could prolong the life of the unit by installing a surge protector and a super boost. I appreciated the honesty and knowledge that John brought to the table, and had him do the install. more

4January2016 Paul Hammond here. John is very experienced and knowledgeable about AC and Heating units. He was explaining all kinds of interesting things about my big unit. I found out that I have to replace the filters more than once a year! I think we could be good buddys as our interests are similar. One suggestion: To save time, get a portable steam cleaner to clean and melt the ice repidly that often forms on the cooling coils of the AC unit. Should turn out to be the " Cat's Meow " as they say!!! Kindest Regards, Paul more

Fast, Professional, and very Friendly! 11/22/2015

From the operator who took my order to Brandon B. who came out to the house to save our day and our weekend... the experience was excellent! We received a call an hour before Brandon arrived. He was knowledgeable and taught us about kitchen sink drain care. And he was clear about the cost of every thing he did. We felt comfortable the whole time... which, by the way, took no time at all.
