We have always received great service from One Hour. The techs are always on time even though we live quite far from the shop from which they are dispatched. They take care of our equipment as though it were their own. Steve is no exception. He checks inside and outside to make sure our furnace/AC is working properly each time he makes a maintenance visit. I have never had any regrets about calling One Hour 8+ years ago when we did have an issue. I have recommended One Hour to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so in the future. We just updated to the protection plan plus and it is very reasonable considering what it could cost to have a tech travel more than 50 miles each way for service if we should need it.
