John and Laurie were fine! they did a good job.
But your upper management leaves a lot to be desired.
They ripped me off on the pricing of the parts they replaced.
they also refuse to send me the specification, part numbers, and vendor identification that I requested.
Forward this to your president/CEO. I give them zero stars. they like to grade their employees. No reason they should not be aware their own performance rating.
