Paul Hammond here. John is very experienced and knowledgeable about AC and Heating units. He was explaining all kinds of interesting things about my big unit. I found out that I have to replace the filters more than once a year! I think we could be good buddys as our interests are similar. One suggestion: To save time, get a portable steam cleaner to clean and melt the ice repidly that often forms on the cooling coils of the AC unit. Should turn out to be the " Cat's Meow " as they say!!!
