No hassle appt., on time service, diagnosed the problem with the fridge immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Will certainly use this service again.

Worst

Expensive and misleading. Nice guy stops by, looks at the problem and within minutes tells me it's going to be 160 dollars to fix two sensors and a switch. I say ok then he bangs...

Glad I used them 9/1/2010

I read the many glowing reviews and so called when my washing machine didn't work, Josh came in and diagnosed the problem, which was a shock absorber which needed to be replaced. The part took about a week to come in, but as soon as it did, Josh was at my door and had it fixed in 2 hrs. Amazing! and not expensive more

It was my first experience with Pitstop Appliance Repair and I can say that I was very pleased to chose them. At 11:00 am, I set up an appointment for 2:00 pm (problem with my fridge)and the technician was on time. In addition, the technician (Josh) was very polite and gave me clear explanations. For comparison, SEARS was sending me someone one week later and was charging me the double. No doubt about it, I strongly recommend everyone to deal with Pitstop. more

Needed someone to look at/repair our refrigerator quickly and came across Pitstop online. Took a chance and made an online appointment and less than 3 hours later Josh was at the house. Excellent service and would highly recommend and use again! more

I found them online at about noon, and they were there when I got home from work, right on time. They diagnosed and repaired my dishwasher problem in a half hour. Knowledgeable and friendly service. I will definitely call Pitstop again. more

They are Terrific! 5/24/2010

I will never call anyone else for any repairs! They came when they said they would, they service our "rural" area, they knew what was wrong, AND they fixed it. All within a reasonable price. Hurray! I can finally leave Sears Home Repair which has disappointed me time and time again! more

These guys are good and fair. They were responsive when I called and got someone out right away. The repair people came within their two hour window. They were knowledgeable and courteous and diagnosed the problems quickly. I will always use Pitstop, when I can. more

Loved the on-line booking - so much easier than playing phone tag - and the tech arrived exactly on time (to the minute!). Not only did he have the parts needed in the truck, he had them in his hand as he walked in the door. He told us what was wrong, why it happened, and put in right in 20 mins. Refreshing! more

    We will send a technician to your house who will look at your appliance and tell you his diagnosis of what is wrong.

    He will then tell you what the cost of the repair would be (parts + labor charge) if you choose to fix it.

    All of our appointments are scheduled in a 2 hour window time frame.

    Can't leave work? We offer evening (M-F 5pm-7pm) and Sat & Sun (9am-noon).
    To our knowledge, we are the only company to offer such options.
