Loved the on-line booking - so much easier than playing phone tag - and the tech arrived exactly on time (to the minute!). Not only did he have the parts needed in the truck, he had them in his hand as he walked in the door. He told us what was wrong, why it happened, and put in right in 20 mins. Refreshing!
