No hassle appt., on time service, diagnosed the problem with the fridge immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Will certainly use this service again.

Worst

Expensive and misleading. Nice guy stops by, looks at the problem and within minutes tells me it's going to be 160 dollars to fix two sensors and a switch. I say ok then he bangs...

Thermador Oven Repair 3/15/2011

Pitstop was the only repair company nearby that fixes Thermador ovens so I booked them on-line but also asked for a phone call for confirmation. They did just that and came during the 2 hour time frame requested. The problem required ordering an entire computer board that took some time to be shipped but as soon as Pitstop received it, they called to schedule an installation. Josh, once again was on time and got our oven up and running. Thank you for great service! more

After a fuzzy response from the dealer where I bought the Maytag washer, I did a web search and found Pitstop. The online scheduling was straightforward and the technician arrived as promised. The diagnosis was quick and the service costs are reasonable. Now I know who to contact for all our appliance issues. more

Fast, Inexpensive, Honest 1/16/2011

Had a Kenmore washer break and called Sears service - they said the call would be $120+ and the could come in 2 weeks! Pitstop came the same day and charged $59. Told me the washer could not be fixed, but better than getting jerked around...would definately recommend more

Maytage Washer is as good as new 1/8/2011

Two days before Christmas, my Maytag washing machine stopped spinning. I called Pit Stop and they came the next day. I needed some parts, so I had to wait a while before the manufacturer sent them. The repairman came the very next day to complete the repair. I had asked him if I should just get a new machine, but he thougth my Maytag had a lot more life left in it, just some worn out parts. No wonder...it's in a house that for many years housed nine people!!!!!!! more

Online scheduling issue forced the technician to be later than promised. He was professional and friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Now we are waiting for the proper circuitboard and the estimate to install it. Look for my next review to determine the real level of successfully satisfying my issue. more

    We will send a technician to your house who will look at your appliance and tell you his diagnosis of what is wrong.

    He will then tell you what the cost of the repair would be (parts + labor charge) if you choose to fix it.

    All of our appointments are scheduled in a 2 hour window time frame.

    Can't leave work? We offer evening (M-F 5pm-7pm) and Sat & Sun (9am-noon).
    To our knowledge, we are the only company to offer such options.
