No hassle appt., on time service, diagnosed the problem with the fridge immediately and had it fixed in minutes. Will certainly use this service again.

Worst

Expensive and misleading. Nice guy stops by, looks at the problem and within minutes tells me it's going to be 160 dollars to fix two sensors and a switch. I say ok then he bangs...

The technician showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and shared info with me. He quickly found the fuse and determined it wasn't working. Unfortunately he didn't have the part needed to fix it, but instructed me what to buy and how to replace it, which worked great. more

Refrigerator Repair 4/28/2012

1st Time Customer - we were thrilled to find a local repair person who didn't take advantage, immediately diagnosed the problem, didn't overcharge, shows up on time, called ahead to say he was on his way. All that, plus scheduling on line was great and so easy. more

Refrigerator Fix 4/10/2012

Scheduled the appt online at 7am for a 9-11 timeslot and Josh was at the door by 10:30am.Josh quickly found the problem, explained what happened and fixed our refrigerator within half an hour. Would recommend. more

Excellent, service repairman 3/7/2012

Josh did excellent job just letting me know what was going on with my appliance, he took the time to explain what he was doing what he thought the problem was after he thoroughly checked everything else that might be the problem besides the drain pump which was the problem but a notice from other repairmen they usually go to the costliest thing first instead of starting with a small things and working your way up to the other things thanks again experience was worth the service cost more

Very pleased with Pitstop; Josh figured out the problem w/ the dishwasher pretty quickly. He was very nice, professional & didn't act annoyed after I confused the appt. day & he made the trip out to an empty house! (he came out the next day without a grumble!) We all know the feeling of hiring a contractor for the first time. I read some reviews on Pitstop, and gave them a shot. Not only was he on time, he worked on the diswasher, repaired it, and only charged me the $65 service call. How often does that happen? A Class act! Very difficult to find these days! Look no further, you found what you are looking for! more

    All of our appointments are scheduled in a 2 hour window time frame.

    Can't leave work? We offer evening (M-F 5pm-7pm) and Sat & Sun (9am-noon).
