It was my first experience with Pitstop Appliance Repair and I can say that I was very pleased to chose them. At 11:00 am, I set up an appointment for 2:00 pm (problem with my fridge)and the technician was on time. In addition, the technician (Josh) was very polite and gave me clear explanations. For comparison, SEARS was sending me someone one week later and was charging me the double. No doubt about it, I strongly recommend everyone to deal with Pitstop.
