Wrong diagnosis, wrong recommendation, completely missed requested cooling system check out. Second opinion saves the day.

Bill Pierre Ford a waste of time 9/25/2009

My sales person treated me as if I were dumb. I had all the information for what I wanted , Knew my credit score. He showed me 3 vehicles that were not even Ford,( I asked for Ford.)Then attempted to sell me a used vehicle that was 8,000 over the kbb . One can only hope that the reason why I was treated this way wasn't because I am a female. more

World-class experience buying my Mercedes... 3/31/2009

A+ I got a 2003 used Mercedes e320 and I had 100% gratification in my car shopping experience. I got a low APR on my financing and they showed me the price they paid for it. The relationship they have with lending institutions made it easy to get approved. Max, Mike, Hammer, Curt, George and Kosal were very helpful. I also want to thank Josh in Finance. I can't believe the deal I just scored 3/18/2009

I absolutely cannot believe how fantastic a deal on financing I just got by shopping at Pierre Auto Centers. Believe it or not, in today's credit market, one needs to be absolutely perfect with money management. All it takes is just one missed payment or one collection call in the past to mar your credit score enough to make the interest rate or loan terms either unaffordable or completely unobtainable. Pierre Money Mart changes that, in part, because of their stellar business management and the integrity and honesty of their staff. More people do business with Pierre Money Mart and Pierre Auto Centers than any other dealership in the greater Puget Sound region. I highly recommend them, myself. more

Integrity matters 3/18/2009

It's hard to buy a car from someone who has integrity these days, because everyone is just trying to get your money. Some salesmen at places I've been to even had the nerve to bend truth more than just a bit, just to get me to purchase a vehicle after I took a test drive in it for 20 minutes.\r \r My visit to Bill Pierre Ford changed that. It's one of the few dealers around that staff intelligent, well-trained, well-mannered salespeople who are there to assist you in making an informed purchase as opposed to "motivating" you to make up your mind as fast as possible. That's integrity, and there isn't too much of that left these days it seems. more

They're practically giving new Chevys away 3/18/2009

Bill Pierre Chevrolet has been practically giving away new GM vehicles for the better part of winter this year. It's no surprise, either, considering how toxic the economy is. I'll spare you all of the gushy talk that you'll typically find on business reviews websites, but this is one of the few places that are still in business, able to give you incredible (practically at cost) discounts between $2000-$5000 on new vehicles (if you qualify) and a decent financing APR. more

Advertised discounts are spot-on 3/18/2009

When I stopped by Bill Pierre Ford in Lake City, I was pleased to find that the advertised prices for their new and used Ford vehicles are spot on. When I bought my Ford F-150 from them, they gave me all of the advertised discounts and with a minimum of sales pressure, hassle or complications. However, keep in mind that not everybody qualifies for these discounts, but the smart and well-qualified buyers will definitely get the best deals for their money. If you're in the market for a new Ford like I was, I suggest you try Pierre Ford. All I can say is that this was one of the better vehicle purchases I've made to date. more

I had a GREAT experience at Bill Pierre Ford, I have bought 5 of my vehicles there and will always return. They are very honest, they get straight to the point and make car shopping fast and easy. I would reccommend Bill PIerre to anyone who is serious about buying a car and doesn't want to deal with all the BS other dealers put you through. more

Good and Bad 6/15/2005

I got a great deal on my jeep. The salesman was nice but not very knowledgeable. They did some repairs before selling it to me but it still needed more done to it. Overall it was a fair price on a fun vehicle. PROS: Fair price CONS: Not very knowledgeable more
