I had Greg check out my tires, brakes, fluids before heading out on a long road trip, plus fix an issue under warranty. Everything was done to great satisfaction... service, comm...

Worst

Wrong diagnosis, wrong recommendation, completely missed requested cooling system check out. Second opinion saves the day.

Workers were very helpful and efficient in finding my the perfect car. They also preformed in a timely manner and made sure we weren't wasting our time or theirs either. Friendly staff who care to follow up with you even after you've already made your purchase. more

Car returned with body damage 12/8/2013

I dont blame Bill Pierre for having my car over 3 weeks to repair it. Sounds like a difficult problem. I do have a problem getting my car back and having body damage done to it while in their care. Worse is the service manager implying that it was already there and they didnt do it. They paid for the body repair but there is still body damage they were not willing to pay for that I am pretty sure I didnt cause. I have only had the car 5 months. more

Bill pierre ford advised me by mail that my tires should be replaced. They were correct and they replaced and balanced alll the tires. no more wobbles and worries. more

Greg went out of his way to take exceptional care of our car, and made sure that we had constant updates on what was happening and what the timeline would be concerning getting our car back. He made a situation that could have been extremely frustrating, an absolute breeze. He also snagged us as customers for life. more
