Bill Pierre Chevrolet has been practically giving away new GM vehicles for the better part of winter this year. It's no surprise, either, considering how toxic the economy is. I'll spare you all of the gushy talk that you'll typically find on business reviews websites, but this is one of the few places that are still in business, able to give you incredible (practically at cost) discounts between $2000-$5000 on new vehicles (if you qualify) and a decent financing APR.
